Esme woke up in her hospital bed. She was in pain. She looked to see Catherine as she was cradling her baby

" What... What are you doing? " Esme asked

"Hey. Shhh. I'm here, I'm here. Oh, she was just fussing a little bit, so I thought you could use the sleep, and I just swooped her up. We are bonding. Somebody's just fascinated with their grandma. Riveted. " Catherine said as Esme smiled

"Yeah. Mm-hmm. " Esme said

"How are you feeling? " Catherine asked as she looked to her daughter in law

"I'm okay. Hurt. " Esme said

"Oh, no doubt. April, I can't believe what you went through" Catherine said

" It was worth it. " Esme said

"She's beautiful. She's just absolutely beautiful. "

" Mm-hmm. "

"I just wish I knew what to call her. "

"Jackson didn't tell you? " Esme asked

"Mnh-mnh. No, I just got here. "

"He'd probably want to be here to tell you. " Esme said

"We don't have to wait for him. " Catherine said

"Well, uh..." Esme said as she Exhales sharply as she tried to sit up

"We wanted something strong, memorable... "

"Is it Catherine? Are you little Catherine? "

"We thought there could only be one Catherine." Esme said

"What is it?"

"Her name is Aoife" Esme said as Catherine smiled

"Aoife, oh how beautiful. Aoife avery"

"Who said her name was avery" Esme said as Catherine looked to her

Chloe walked over to Jackson "shouldn't you be with your wife, the one my husband has to slice open to bring your daughter into the world. That seems weird to say"

"Mark is off in honeymoon why are you here. Aren't you meant to be away"

"My mom picked Grace up this morning my flight isn't until later . I wanted to see my goddaughter and how Esme is healing. She went through some trauma. Esme is going through trauma" Chloe said as Jackson looked to her and nodded

"You're right there. But as long as I am there I will go through it with her" he said as Chloe smiled

"Oh I know as long as you are there with her. She will be okay. Go and see your wife and daughter I will call mark until later if I have too. Now where is my goddaughter" she said as Jackson smiled as he lead her off

" I mean, she's your baby. You can call her whatever you want. Just as long as it's "Avery." I'll say this. Avery wasn't my name, either. But I took it on and I built it into something. And the name that I built will open doors for this little girl. I'm just thinking of her future. " Catherine said
