Esme sat in the lounge room as she sat with Jackson "you look awful" he said as he pulled his wife into his arms as and looked to him

"I'm just tried" she said as she rested her head into his chest as he wrapped his arms around her. He kissed the top of her head and smiled as the door opened as Chloe walked in

"Meredith is in labour" she said as she sat down. Jackson frowned as she saw the look on his wife's face

"Hey you okay?" He asked as she sighed

"It was Taylor's official due date last month and the fact they're going to get their healthy baby boy and we didn't it kills. I'm not saying they don't deserve but they have zola and I feel robbed" she said as Chloe sat with her as Jackson pulled Esme close and smiled

"I know it's not easy. I know that you are hurting but I am here for you and I love you and you may not of got to raise your baby but one day you will have a baby and you will be a great mom" Chloe said as Jackson kissed Esme forehead

"She's right essie" he said as Esme sighed. She couldn't help but feel defeated as their pager dang as Jackson groaned

"What is it?" She asked

"Being the owners issues there's a storm coming" he said as she looked to him and sighed

Esme stood in the ER with Jackson

"All right, what is our risk of flooding here?" Jackson added

"Oh, you got water pumps. You got sandbags" owen said

" The lights keep flickering. Now are the generators... " jackson said

" I tested 'em last month. Listen, you guys got patients to worry about. You take care of them. This... this hospital's my patient. "

" These beds are filling up fast. " Owen said

" Yeah, people think this is the safest place to sit out a storm. Half these people aren't even sick. They're just scared. " richard said

"Cant blame them" Esme said

" Yeah." Owen said

Esme walked into the ER "has anyone seen my birth giver" Esme asked

"Esme, if you're free, the NICU needs help getting all these babies out of here. " Jackson asked

" I thought Arizona was overseeing this. Has anyone seen her?" Callie asked

"That's a good question" esme said

Arizona is getting dressed in the on-call room. Lauren, is still lying in bed.

"Hey, you okay?"

" Uh, yeah, no. The NICU's just understaffed, and I should be there already. " arizona said as she grabbed her pagers as she saw the pagers from Esme

" You need an extra set of hands? "

"Oh, no. Please, just... no. " Arizona said as she quickly leaves. Arizona arrives in the NICU. Esme is standing waiting for her. And had her arms crossed over her chest
