Esme stood in the ER and looked to see Arizona as she handed her the small baby that had been born

"Yeah, I got it. Uh, hey, Esme, how are her sats? " Arizona asked as Esme looked fi her

"Below 90, but improving with bagging. All right, let's get her ready to go. " Esme said

" Robbins, the baby is no longer your patient. Pay attention here." Nicole said to Arizona

Esme rushed out of the room to work on the baby. She knew how it had been a long night and how she just wanted to be home with her baby and her husband

" No! That's the stupidest idea I've ever heard. " callie said

"You're talking about spending a large portion of my grant money on a complicated staged facial reconstruction for one patient. " callie said

"So, what, you want to just reject him? " jackson asked

"No, we find a way to help him that's less stupid! " callie said

"I'm tired I haven't been able to get sleep. I need to go check on Aoife so she doesn't forget about us" Esme said

"She hasn't. I have just been to the crèche . She's fine. She's teething" he said as she smiled

"What's going on either Callie is there something going on with her and your mom?" Jackson asked as she looked to him and sighed

"I don't know I mean I know she's working with Herman to be a neonatal surgeon like Chloe. I know a while back that she and Callie were taking ivermectin having a baby but it never happened I dunno" she said as he looked to her and nodded

"There just seemed to be some tension just promise if we have issues you'll talk to me" he said as she smiled
