Esme woke up and frowned as she realised that Jackson wasn't in bed. She had taken two months off of work since Aofie birth and it hadn't been easy. She knew that she was finally heading back to work and she had missed it. She was finally all healed from it all

Esme stood from the bed and walked into the nursery and smiled as he looked to him as he sat reading to Aoife and smiled as she stood in the doorway watching them for a few minutes

"Is she okay?" She asked as he looked up to her

"She's perfect. I wanted to come and spend some time with her. Are you sure that your okay to be going back to work" he asked as she looked to him and smiled

"I need to go back. I am going bad I love her don't get me wrong but god it's boring" she said as he chuckled

"You are going to take it easy aren't you I mean it's your first day back" he said as she looked to him and smiled

"I can't make any promises. It's peds you know how unpredictable it is" she said as he smiled. He placed Aoife in her crib and walked over to her and smiled

"As long as your okay" he said as he traced the scar on her stomach and smiled

"You do realise I'll have that for life" she said

"She's worth it though. Besides I'm the only one who will be sleeping with you for the rest of your life and I find it sexy as hell" he said as she wrapped her arms around his neck as he pulled her close and kissed her

"You just want sex from me don't you. Well maybe later we haven't since she was born" she said as he looked to her and smirked

"I don't want to push you" he said as she looked to him and smiled

"I want to have sex with my husband trust me" she said as he smiled as she walked off to shower

Callie and Arizona are getting coffee as Esme walked over

"What if... what... what if she runs off with our baby? I mean, what if... what if she does drսg? What... what if... what if she doesn't eat right. W-what if she forgets her prenatals? " callie said

" Last night, you were all for a surrogate. What changed?" Arizona said as Esme looked to them

"No... nothing. I just... I...I was brushing my teeth this morning, I saw my scar in the mirror. I was pregnant with Sofia when that accident happened. Me. Even I couldn't protect our unborn child. How can we put that kind of trust in someone we don't even know? " Callie said

" Sofia's fine. You know, it was a freak accident. There's no reason to think that that's gonna happen..." Arizona said

"You two are getting a surrogate?" Esme asked

"We are isn't that great" Callie said

"I'm happy for you both. I know it's not easy. I do but good luck I am glad I'm not getting pregnant again" Esme said as she took a sip of her coffee

"You say that now" Arizona said as Esme looked to her and rolled her eyes

"After the trauma of a birth I went through I am allowed to say that" Esme said
