Esme stood walking through the hallway with Jackson as he looked to her and smiled "are you okay?" Jackson asked as Esme smiled

"I'm okay. I am just thinking how I am further along then I was with retort and it's scary I know how this baby is perfect and how she is healthy and okay bit with what we went through with Taylor I don't know I guess part of me is expecting something to happened. Something bad" Esme said as Jackson looked to her and smiled

"I know that you're scared I can tell but you will be okay. I'm scared too I know the grief we went through but he's still with us" he said as he pulled out the necklace around her neck and smiled. The necklace with Taylor's ashes in

She looked to him and smiled as he kissed her forehead and smiled

"Are you sure about her name?" Esme asked as Jackson looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her bump and smiled as he looked to her

"I love her name. I love it all. I want us to keep the name between us though until she's born" Jackson said as Esme looked to him and smiled

"I agree" Esme said as he pulled her close and kissed her as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled. They walked off together down the hall as Stephanie sees them and hides from them

She knew how Chloe had threatened her to stay away from Esme and Jackson and she knew they she now felt awkward whenever she saw them

Esme stood in her patients room with Arizona and smiled to her. She saw she was acting weird with her leg and brushed it aside

"Jared Cole, suffered Byler's disease since birth, complains of increasing jaundice, edema, frequent fevers... " Jo said

"So his condition has gotten much worse. And if the bile continues to build up, then we're looking at cirrhosis or possible liver failure. " arizona said

"He has to go on the list now, for a transplant? " the mom asked

"We have one more chance to avoid it, uh, a diversion procedure. We'll take a piece of his intestine and create a detour for the bile to drain out through his abdomen. " Esme said

"I'll have a hole in my stomach? " Jared asked

L Arizona comes around to the side of his bed.

" I know, that sounds weird. But it's our best shot, so that you don't feel like you're getting sick all the time and so you don't look like an oompa loompa. Does that sound good?" Arizona asked as Jared is distracted by Arizona's leg.

" Sweetie, the doctor asked you a question. "

"Are you a robot? " Jared asked Arizona

"Jared Cole, manners! I am so sorry"

"No, no. That's a valid question. No, I'm not a robot. I'm almost that cool. I got into an accident, and I lost my leg. And then they gave me a new one" arizona said

"Can you jump super high? " jared asked

"No. " Arizona laughed as She then mouths yes.

" See you in there. " Esme said as they walked Outside Jared's Room

"After all he's been through, we gotta cut up his perfectly healthy intestine and put a hole in his belly? " Esme asked
