Chapter 8

Nobody's POV

Weeks went by and soon the day came for sakura to finally leave the hospital. She was eager to get out and away from all the doctors and nurses.

Sakura was staring out the window waiting for the doctor to officially release her but she know she had to wait until someone showed up to pick her up since she currently has nowhere to go.

Knock! Knock!

The sound of the door pulled her attention away from the window and saw Dr. Alto along with Aizawa and hizashi walk in.

" good afternoon ms. Tango" said Dr. Alto "we finally got the discharge papers in order and Mr. Aizawa and Mr. Yamada will be taking you home with them"

Sakura looks at the two with a smile and her tail wags slightly " thank you for coming to get me" she said "I thought I was going to be losing my mind soon"

Hizashi gives her a big smile and a thumbs up. "No worries madam your knights have arrived"

Shota rolls his eyes and Sakura let's out a small giggle.

Shota walks over to her and hands her a small bag.

"We brought you some clothes since i don't think you want to leave in a hospital gown... hopefully they fit ok"

"Thank you Mr. Aizawa I'll go get changed now"

She then gets up and goes to the bathroom shutting the door behind her.

SAKURAS POV

In the bathroom I lock the door and put the bag down to look in the mirror as I took off the gown. I examined myself to see how well everything has healed.

I saw a lot of noticeable scars all over my body and a few big ones on the leather part of my wings. I slowly tried to move them and hissed in slight discomfort.

Guess they still a bit more time to heal

I then look into the bag to see what kind of clothes were in it. There were a lot of pants shirts and a few dresses along with underwear not including bras. I grabbed a pair of black jeans and a pair of underwear and cut a hole in the back for my tail. Then I grabbed a plain blue shirt and did the same for my wings but I was struggling to get it on without hurting them.

There was a soft knock on the door. " Sakura?" Said Hizashi "everything ok?"

"Yeah" I replied " can someone help me with the shirt? I still can't move my wings a lot so I can't get them through the shirt."

" do you mind it I come in?" He asks

"Yes please" I reply " just one of you though"

I unlocked the door and Hizashi slowly pushes it open and slips in.

"Ok" he says " tell me what you want me to do"

I walk through how to get my wings through the holes in the back of shirt and soon enough I'm completely dressed with a pair of sandals that were in the bag as well.

We both step out of the bathroom and Shota is talking with Dr.Alto as the patiently wait for me and Hizashi.

They look over at us as we make our way over to them and Mr Alto hands me a small packet

"These are the care instructions for some of your injuries like your wings and some other things that aren't completely healed."

I take the packet and glimpse through it.

" I'll want to see you in a few weeks to check on your wings, so now trying to fly or transform until then."

I internally groan but I still agree for I'd hate to mess up the one thing that gave me security and a sense of freedom

Shota then puts a hand on my shoulder and I look up at him.

" ready to go home kid?" He asks

I smile and nod " yes please"

NOBODY POV

After they all left the hospital Sakura sat in the back of the car holding hir tail nervously.

Shota glimpses at her from the rear view mirror. "You doing okay?" He asks

"Y-yeah" said Sakura "just really nervous"

Hizashi turns around from the passenger seat to look at her. "No need to worry darlin" he says  "you're safe with us I can promise you that"

She nods "I don't doubt that"

He smiles at her. "So i was thinking that once you get settled in and everything we can do a little shopping?" He says "we can get you some clothes, stuff for your room some feminine stuff"

"You don't have to do all that" said Sakura "I don't want to be any trouble"

He brushes the comment off. "Don't worry about it" he says "if it was an issue I wouldn't have said anything"

Sakura looks down and grips her tail as tears form in her eyes. She tries to keep them back but emotions overwhelmed her and they start streaming down her face making both men in the car panic.

"I-I'm sorry!" said Hizashi "i didn't mean to!!"

"What the hell mic!!"

"I said sorry!"

Sakura laughs a bit as she wipes her eyes. "I'm sorry" she says "I don't know why I started crying but It's been so long since I've had people care about me"

Shota and Hizashi look at each other and smile slightly.

"Well get used to it" said shota "they'll be plenty more people who will absolutely love you"

"Thank you"
