Chapter 44

SAKURA POV

I get into the waiting area and I help myself to some water and grab a small plate of snacks. I sit down on one of the nearby chairs away from the other kids that passed to watch the others in the exam.

I can't seem to find katsuki but I see shoto against a bunch of people from the same school. I watch as they continue to use flames against him making me smirk, realizing they don't think he'll use his left side.

"Get em shoto" I whispered.

Suddenly he ignites his left side shocking all the people around him and he easily beats them and gets his target, making me smile.

I scan the screens and seeing a lot of my classmates getting their targets, making me smile proudly.

I continue to look but there's no luck.

'Where are you katsuki?' I thought to myself

He suddenly appears in the same screen as denki as he blows away a guy with purple hair.

"There he is" I said

"Sakura ribbit!" Called a voice.

I turn around to see momo, jiro, tsu and shoji.

"You guys made it!" I said excitedly.

"It was definitely a challenge" said momo. "We heard you were one of the first to pass"

I nod. "Remember that mob at the beginning?"

They nod

"I crushed them"

They look at me wide eyed. "By yourself?"

I nod. "They underestimated me"

"Have you seen anyone else from our class?"

I shake my head. "You guys are the first ones I've seen so far" I replied "but shoto should be here soon, he just got his targets"

We chat as we watch our class pass one by one till there were only a few members missing.

"Did bakugo pass?" Asked shoto as he comes up next to me.

"I don't know" I said nervously "I was so focused on everyone I didn't see if he got his three targets"

Shoto places a hand on my shoulder. "He'll make it"

I nod as I continue to look at the screens.

I watch as Izuku also gets his.

"Oi scales, staring isn't gonna make them pass faster"

I whip around and there was katsuki with his cocky smirk on his face.

"You did it!" I yelled as I run to him and jump on him, making him stumble back a bit. "When I couldn't find you on the screen I began to worry"

"You should know better than to doubt me" he said with a chuckle

I just nod as I take in his scent.

"Sakura-Chan, kachan!" Called the familiar voice of izuku.

I slide off of katsuki and turn to the broccoli haired boy. "Congratulations izuku" I said as I grab my boyfriend's hand.
