Chapter 40

STILL SAKURA POV

today was the day that everyone from 1-A finally moved into the dorms. I know this cause I was woken up by yelling and the sounds of footsteps going up and down the hallway. I looked around my room and noticed a blanket over me and my soo was shut.

Dad must have come to check on me at some point, I thought as I sat up and stretched.

I grab a some clothes then I slip into the shower quick. I finish and slip on a black eraserhead T-shirt and a pair of white shorts. I slip on my socks and house slippers and slip out of my room. I see most of the girls from class in the hall bring boxes into their rooms and I find that my neighbors are ochaco, tsu, and across from me is Mina.

"Oh hey Sakura" said Mina as she walks out of her room. "When did you get here?"

"Dad let me come early yesterday so i could get ahead of unpacking" I explained. "I ended up falling asleep till a few minutes ago"

"You got to come early?" She whined "lucky I feel like we had to rush today cause everybody was coming today"

I giggle. "The whole reason why I came yesterday" I said "nobody likes crowds and clutter at the same time"

"True" said Mina as she grabs what looks like her last box.

"Well imma go make coffee then I'll see if anyone needs help" I said "we'll catch up more later"

"Okay see ya"

I head downstairs to slightly more chaos of both girls and boys scurrying around as they all work on getting their stuff. I slip into the kitchen and look through the cabinets till I find the mugs and the coffee.

Jackpot i thought and I prep the coffee maker and hit start. As I waited I watch the lounge as the craziness starts to calm down as people finish getting their stuff. I spot eijiro and wave at him getting his toothy smile in return since his hands were full.

The coffee maker beeps and I peak in the fridge for creamer and I find my favorite one in the door with my name on it.

Definitely going to have to thank dad later

I  pull it out and pour a bit in my mug before filling the rest with coffee and I take a seat at one of the bar stools at the counter, my tail placed in my lap. I pull out my phone and see that katsuki, izuku, and a few others messaged me. I open izuku's first.

🥦💚: hey I just finished unpacking my dorm are you here yet?

🐉: yeah I'm here i arrived yesterday and accidentally fell asleep after unpacking. I'm in the kitchen if you're looking for me

I then open up katsuki's messages and laugh at them

💥: hey you make it home ?

💥: why aren't you answering?

💥:did you die!?

💥:scales where tf you at?!

💥:I'm calling you

💥: I hope you're not ignoring me

I decided to call him and he picks up immediately

"You have any idea how god damn worried I was!" He yells making me laugh "yeah real damn funny making me think you ran away without me or something"

"I'm sorry katsuki" I said "I fell asleep after you left and I just woke up a little while ago"

"Why the hell do you sleep so much?"

"It's a dragon thing"

"Of course" he says. "Where you at right now?"

"I'm in the kitchen" I replied "I needed some coffee before I go around seeing if anyone needed help"
