Chapter 30

A week goes by as soon enough it was time for all of us to do our internships with the Pro heroes we chose.

SAKURA POV

"You sure you have everything?" asked dad as he drives me to the train station.

I roll my eyes. "For the 100th time dad yes I have everything from extra clothes to my costume"

He nods "sorry it's just gonna be weird without you at the house for a week"

"Aaaaw you gonna miss me?" I asked in a teasing voice.

He lets out a chuckle. "Of course we will" he said "hazashi probably feels like his birds are leaving the nest already"

I laugh. "I'll make it up to him when I get home"

We soon get to the station and I get out of the car and grab my stuff.

"I'll text you when I get there" I said as I walk up to the drivers window.

"You better" said dad "oh and I understand you and bakugo have started going out but make sure you both take this seriously"

"I know I will I don't know about him" I said "but I'll try to keep him in line"

"Scales where you at the train will be leaving soon"

"Alright I gotta go" I tell dad as I give him a quick hug "see you later!"

I then run towards the train where I saw katsuki standing in front of the door waiting for me.

"Sorry about that" I tell him "dad was being a little clingy"

"Mr Aizawa doesn't really seem like the clingy type" said katsuki as he takes my bag.

"That makes two of us" I replied with a giggle.

TRAIN FOR TOKYO LEAVING IN 5 MINUTES ALL RIDERS PLEASE BOARD

"Let's go scales" said katsuki as he grabs my hand "we better get to a seat"

I smile and let him pull me along till we find an empty section and sit down with me at the window and katsuki next to me.

Soon after we sat down the train starts to move and I look out the window, my tail swishing happily.

"You seem excited" said katsuki with a smirk as he watches me.

"I've never been anywhere outside of Musutafu" I replied "I like to visit different places for a change of scenery"

He nods and I look back out the window and watches the world go by in a blur

"how long is the ride there anyway?" I asked looking at him from over my shoulder

"Should be an hour at most" he replied "it depends if there's any delays with the train"

I sit back down in my seat and lean my head against his shoulder. "I'm glad we're able to do our internships together" I said softly "I'd probably be scared as hell if I went by myself"

I feel him kiss my head before leaning his head against mine.

"We both know I would have found a way to get to you" he said "nobody understands your fears like I do"

I nod with a smile and I feel my eyes start to close and I eventually fall asleep still leaning against him.

I was still asleep and I felt a gentle shake on my shoulder stirring me awake.

"Scales" I hear katsuki's voice say "we're here, it's time to get up"
