Chapter 19

SAKURA POV

After dropping the guys off  i beeline for shigaraki to get him to release dad.

"Scales are you fucking crazy?!"

I cut off the connection and reach the blue haired male with a roar I reach for him just as he's looking up and I'm suddenly tackled by something big and heavy and I'm pinned to the ground.

I thrash around trying to get the thing off me and I look over at aizawa and shigaraki noticing Aizawa laying on the ground battered watching everything play out.

"Well this is a wonderful surprise" said shigaraki as he gets up and walks towards my pinned form. "It's been a minute hasn't it starlight"

I let out a growl and start thrashing again the. I turn my head enough to see what was on top of me and my eyes widen in fear and horror.

Standing above me was a buff figure with a bird like head with crazed eyes and its brain showing on top of its head.

'Nomu'

"You like my new friend?" Asked shigaraki "he was under development when the heroes ransacked the original HQ". He looks down at me. "He's supposed to be strong enough to take down almight but we were unable to have you test it since you disappeared"

He snaps his fingers and the nomu grabs me by the neck and slams me harder into the ground before throwing me across the field.

I transform back into my normal form and I get up. "I'm going to make you pay for what you've done" I growl "for hurting my friends and my teacher"

He laughs. "You can't get to me without going through him first"

The Nomu steps closer and lots out a shriek making me wince.

"I've fought plenty of them when I was being held by the lov"

"But you haven't fought this one... Nomu attack"

The creature charges forward and my scales turn black and I suddenly disappear and take to the sky, the Nomu nearly passing me.

I fly over it and turn my scales green and bring vibes up and wrapped around it but it easily breaks free and looks up at me and suddenly it disappears only to reappear in front of me and punched me out of the sky and crashing to the ground.

I try to get up but he's on top of me and puts a large hand to my neck, cutting off my air and i desperately start clawing at him trying to breathe.

"Nomu come, bring her"

Letting go of my throat I gasp for air and suddenly get dragged across the ground. I start kicking and thrashing trying to get out of its crushing grip and it just throws me and I skid on the ground and stop right in front of shigaraki's feet.

He laughs as a slowly get up before crouching in front of me and puts a dry hand under my chin and forces me to look at him.

"You know if you come willingly you can make the pain stop."

I glare at him then spit in his face before going to tackle him but im pulled away by my wing and am slammed on the ground over and over making me cry out. My wing is released and Nomu raises both hands up in attempt to crush me but I'm pulled out from Under by some grey fabric it just as it's hands were brought down.

I'm pulled a little ways away and I look at the source to see dad slowly getting up.

"Stay down!" I yell "nobody else stands a chance against this thing!"

"I will not let my daughter suffer alone" he says as he looks at me with blood pouring from the wound on his head.

He then launches himself at the Nomu but he's easily grabbed and thrown off to the side a few feet from me.
