36. Last Day On Earth..

We were locked in a van, "Daryl..." I cried as I stopped his bleeding with his blanket. "Shh...I'll be okay. I'm okay." He whispered as he hugged me. Then the door opened, "Come on, we got people to meet." Dwight said and they took us out. "On your knees!" He yelled and I was next to Daryl. "All right, we got a full boat. Let's meet the man." A guy said as he knocked in the trailer and a man came out.

"Pissing our pants yet? Boy, do I have feeling we're getting close. It's gonna be pee-pee pants city here real soon. Which one of you pricks is the leader?" The man asked. "It's this one." The guy pointed at Rick. "Hi. Your Rick right? I'm Negan, and I do not appreciate you killing my men. Also when I send my people to kill your people for killing my people. You killed more of my people, not cool. Not cool! You have no idea how not cool that shit is. But I think your gonna be up the speed shortly. Yeah, your so gonna regret crossing me in a few minutes. Yes you are, you see Rick whatever you do, no matter what. You don't mess with the New World Order, and the new world order is this and it's really very simple.
So even if your stupid which you may very will be, you can understand if. Your ready? Here it goes pay attention." Negan says as he lowered his bat.

"Give me your shit or I will kill you. Today was career day, we invest in a lot so you will know who I am and what I can do. You work for me now, you have shit. You give it to me, that's your job, now I know that is a mighty big nasty pill to swallow but swallow it. You must certainly will, you ruled the roost, you build something. You thought you were safer, I get it. But the word is out, you are not safe. Not even close, in fact you are pegged even more pegged if you don't do what I want and what I want is half your shit. And if that's to much you can make or find or steal more and it'll even out sooner or later. This is your way of life now  the more you fight back the harder it'll be." He says as he walks around, "So if someone knocks on your door, you let us in. We own that door, you try to stop us and we'll knock it down. You understand? What. No answer? He says and walks to Abraham. "Huh, I gotta save this shit." He then walks towards Carl. "You got one of our guns. A lot of our guns, shit kid lighten up. At least cry a little." He then walked again. "Jesus...you look shitty. I should just put you out of your misery right now." He said towards Maggie. "No!" Glenn yelled and ran towards them. Dwight held Glenn in place, "Nope. Nope, get him back in line." Negan said and Glenn pleaded Negan not to hurt her. "All right. Listen, don't any of you do that again. I will shut that shit down no exception. Firsts one's free, it was an emotional moment. I get it. Sucks don't it, the moment you realize you don't know shit. This your kid, right? This is definitely your kid." Negan goes to Carl again.

"Just stop this!" Rick yelled, "Hey! Do not make me kill this little future serial killer. Don't make it easy on me. I gotta pick somebody, everybody's at the table waiting for me to order."  Negan whistles and walks around. "I simply cannot decide. I got an idea, Eenie..." he said as he pointed at Rick. "Meenie." Pointed at Maggie, "Miney." Abraham, "Mo." Michonne, "Catch." He pointed it at me and I had goosebumps. "A tiger." He pointed it at Daryl and my heart started to beat faster. "By, his toe...if he hollers...let him go. My mother told me...to pick..the very best one.. and you...are.." He kept going and I started to tear up. "It. Anybody moves, anybody says anything. Cut the boys other eye out and feed it to his father and then we'll start. You can breathe, you can blink, you can cry. Hell, your all gonna be doing that." Negan says and started to hit Abraham in the head. We all yelled, "Ho-Ho, Look at that. Taking it like a champ!" Negan said and kept bashing Abraham's head. I started to cry out of fear.

"Oh my goodness! Look at this! You guys look at my dirty girl! Sweetheart, lay your eyes on this." He showed the bat to Rosita. "Oh damn, we're—we're you together? Sucks but if you were you should know there was a reason for this. Red? And hell he was, is and forever be red. He just took one or six or seven for the team! So take a damn look. Take a damn look!" He yelled at Rosita and I was scared for her. Daryl then got up and punched Negan. "Daryl!" I yelled, Negans men grabbed him and hit him. "Daryl!" I cried. "Oh no. That? That! Is a no no. The whole thing, not one bit of that shit flies here." Negan says and Dwight comes in with Daryl's crossbow. "Daryl.." I cried, "You want me to do it? Right here." Dwight asked. Negan turns to me and my heart stopped. "No..No!" Daryl yelled. "Aren't you a sweet little thing. Not too sweet though because you have also killed my people. Love is such a beautiful thing isn't it? Do you love him." He asked and I cried. "Do you?" He asks again. "Yes..Yes I do." I cried out and he laughs as he turned to Dwight. "No..you don't kill them. Not until you try a little." Negan says and they pull Daryl but to his spot. "Anyways, that's not how it works and I already told you people, firsts ones free then what I say? I would shut that shit down! No exceptions, now I don't know what kind of assholes you've been dealing with but I'm a man of my word. First impressions are always important. I need you to know me, so. Back to it." He says and started to bash Glenn's head. We all cried and Maggie yelled. "Buddy, your still there? I just don't know, it seems like your trying to speak but you took a hell of a hit! I just pop your skull so hard that your eyeball just pop out. And it's just gross as shit!" Negan said. "Maggie...I'll—find you." Glenn said and "Oh hell...I can see this is hard on you guys. I am sorry, i truly am but I did say no exceptions!" Negan kept hitting Glenn and I covered my eyes. "I'm just getting started. Lucille is thristy! She's a vampire bat." Negan said and Maggie cried harder.

"What? Was the joke that bad?" Negan said.
"I'm gonna kill you." Rick mumbled. "What? I didn't quiet catch that. Your gonna have to speak up." Negan said. "Not today, not tomorrow but I'm gonna kill you." Rick said, "Simon. What did he have, a knife?" Negan asked. "He had a hatchet." "A hatchet?" "Yeah and an axe." "Simons my right hand man. You have one? Maybe one of these fine people breathing. Or did I? Sure, yeah. Give me his axe." Negan said and Simon handed it to him. "We'll be right back, maybe Rick would be with me. If not, well we can turn these people inside out won't we. I mean the ones that are left." Negan says as he pulled Rick into his trailer.

It was now morning, Rick and Negan showed up. "Here we are. Let me ask you something Rick, do you even know what that little trip was about? Speak when your spoken too." Negan said. "Okay..okay." Rick says. "That trip was about the way you looked at me. I wanted to change that, I wanted you to understand but your still looking at me the same damn way! Like shit in your scramble eggs and that's not gonna work. So, do I give you another chance?" "Ye—yes. Yes!" Rick says and Negan pats him on the back. "All right, there it is. The grand prize game, what you do next will decide if your crap day becomes everyone's last crap day? Or just another crap day. Get some guns to the back of they're head." Negan ordered. "Good, now. Kid, right here. Get. Now." Negan ordered Carl, "You a southpaw?" "My what?" "You a lefty?" "No." "Good." Negan then puts a belt to his arm. "That hurt?" "No." "It should, supposed too. Alright get down on the ground kid. Next to daddy, spread them wings. Simon, you got a pen?" "Yeah." Simon passes the pen and Negan draws on Carls arm. "Rick I want you to take your axe and cut your sons arm off. I'm gonna need you to do it or all these people die and then Carls dies, then the people back home and then you." Negan says. "You don't have to do this! We understand! We understand!" Michonne pleaded. "You understand? I'm not sure that Rick does. I'm gonna need a clean cut." Negan directed Rick. Negan then started to count down and Rick started to cry. I started to cry and Rick stopped. Negan then told Rick that he belongs to him, he then told us that he hopes we understand. "Dwight, load him up." He pointed at Daryl. "Daryl! No!" I yelled as I tried to get up, I then got pushed into the ground. "Y/N! Don't move..don't do anything...please." Daryl said and they closed the door. I stopped and started to cry, Negan then walked towards me. "Your man has guts, not a little bitch like someone I know. I like him, he's mine now sweetie. " he says and I cried harder. Negan then told Rick if they tried something that they will kill Daryl. "Welcome to a brand new beginning you sorry shits! I'm gonna leave you a truck, keep it. We'll be back for our first offer in a week. Until then tata!" Negan said and they all started to leave. I looked at street, looking at the van Daryl was in, drive away and I cried. We all didn't move until Maggie got up. "Maggie..Maggie. You need to sit down." Rick says, "No." "We need to get you to the medical center." "You need to go get ready, to fight them!" "They have Daryl, an army we would die. All of us." "Go home! Take everybody with you." Maggie cried and begged Rick to go back, that all of us to go back. Sasha then said, she'll take Maggie somewhere safe.

"Come on Y/N.." Eugene pulled me up, I tried to wipe my tears but more kept coming. "It's okay..." He softly said and we walked into the van.
