We all have a part.

I was standing beside the building seeing Joaquin walking up with three northsiders, I looked at the camera nodding toward them before I stepped out my cigarette. They stopped discussing among each other, allowing me to slip into the bar undetected. I quickly walked up stairs, opening my father's office.

"Pops?" I asked

"Stay out of sight but keep an eye on 'em, I need to make a call." He said grabbing the landline

I nodded before stepping out, looking out over the bar, seeing them weave through the crowd. The sheriff's son is staying basically attached to Joaquin as Archie and the other one look at everyone and I mean everyone. Joaquin and his arm candy are playing a game of pool when Archie breaks off from the group.

"Oh this is getting good." I said walking down the stairs hearing them argue

Mustang grabs Archie laying on top of the pool table.

"Hey! That's enough, Mustang. Let them go." My father yelled

Mustang lets him go, walking away as my father descends from the stairs. Archie looks over to see my father walking towards him.

"We'll take care of this, won't we Salem." He said

The crowd spreads like the red sea showing me Archie and his friends, I walk toward them.

"Of course, we will." I said smiling

I pointed toward the exit guiding Archie's friends out of the bar. Once they reached the doors, they began to fast walk off toward their car in the distance.

"Not you, Red, you stay." Dad said

Archie and his friends stop, Archie nodded at them as they took off. I smiled, waving at them with a smirk as I lit a cigarette.

"What the hell are you doing here?" dad asked

"Looking for the thugs who trashed my dad's equipment. We figured it was the Serpents, angry for getting kicked off their land. Now that I know you're a serpent, I'm now thinking it was personal. Going after my dad's company, this is payback, right? For when he fired you?" Archie said

"You better watch your mouth, Andrews. Let's see how you talk without a tongue." I snapped

"Salem, it's fine. Man, you have a bigger imagination than Jughead and that's saying something." Dad explained

"This isn't a joke. My dad could lose everything." Archie yelled

"You think I'm responsible? That I've been what? Waiting all these years for a chance to get back at your old man? No. No, kid, Life's too short. You don't know that now but you will." Dad explained

I looked up to see Fred Andrew pulling in like a bat out of hell.

"I called him the minute you stepped into the bar, courtesy of my eyes." Dad said looking back at me

I smiled as I looked toward Archie, who was staring with a confused look on his face.

"Get in the truck, Archie." Fred said

Archie walked toward the truck getting in, there was silence between the two fathers, each looking for the words to start the conversation.

"So what, you're a Serpent now? Thought you left that behind?" Fred asked

"Guys gotta make a living somehow, not many would hire me after-." Dad said

"Right, it's my fault you run with criminals that ruff up teenagers and damage my equipment?" Fred said

"You really think I'd come after you? That I'd put you and your kid in danger after everything you did for my boy?" Dad asked

"Running with criminals? That's what you think of us?" I questioned
