Fly Montserrat Flight 107, registered as Victor Papa- Mike Oscar November (VP-MON), was a short haul flight from V.C Bird International Airport (IATA: ANU, ICAO: TAPA), Antigua to John A. Osborne Airport (IATA: MNI, ICAO: TRPG), Montserrat.

On the 7th of October 2012, the Britten-Norman Islander twin engine aircraft serving the route crashed shortly after takeoff, near the end of the runway, three of the four occupants were killed in the crash.

At 16:15pm local time Fly Montserrat Flight 107 was cleared for takeoff from Runway 09 (which no longer exists) at V.C Bird International Airport, shortly after the Islander took off the plane started to yaw (turn) to the right and the plane stopped climbing, the aircraft continued rolling to the right and the plane lost height; the plane then hit the ground and cartwheeled before coming to a rest, the pilot and one passenger were killed on impact, another passenger succumbed to her injuries before she could be extracted from the wreckage while the final passenger was seriously injured and they were take to hospital.

The summary of the crash was an engine failure at takeoff which lead to a loss of control.
