SANSA Flight 32, registered as Tango India- Sierra Alpha Bravo (TI-SAB), the flight was operated by a Casalc-212 Ann aircraft that was on it's way to Palmar Sur Airport (IATA: PMZ, ICAO: MRPM), Costa Rica, when it crashed into the Cerro Cedral, which is a mountain in Costa Rica, after takeoff from Juan Santamaría International Airport (IATA: SJO, ICAO: MROC), San Jose, Costa Rica, on the 15th of January 1990, the crash occurred and it killed all 2o passengers and 3 crew (23 in total) who were on board the plane.

The flight took off from Juan Santamaría International Airport at 08:25 local time and the flight was cleared to climb to 5,500 feet of altitude, soon after the crew received another instruction to climb to 8,500 feet, midway through this climb, the aircraft flew into Cerro Cedral at 7,200 feet of altitude.

The summary of the crash was Controlled Flight into Terrain and pilot error.
