WARNINGS OF A PLANE CRASH
A/N: This was the only plane crash that I cold find that occurred in the country, so this is a short chapter, this information came from The Guardian, if you search up "Central African Republic plane crash 5th of July 2002", it will come up with the article about this crash.
A Sudan Airways cargo plane char shed on the morning of the 5th of July 2002 into a sparsely populated residential area of Bangui, the plane was travelling from N'Djamena International Airport (IATA: NDJ, ICAO: FTTJ), N'Djamena in Chad to Maya- Maya Airport (IATA: BZV, ICAO: FCBB), Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo, when the plane experienced technical difficulties and it attempted to land in the Central African Republic, of the 22 people on board the plane, only 2 people survived the crash, the other 20 people were killed in the crash.
The crash occurred two miles (3.2 kilometres) short of the runway at Bangui International Airport (IATA: BGF, ICAO: FEFF), Bangui, Central African Republic, it wasn't immediately clear what caused the crash or if there was any casualties on the ground.
The plane exploded on impact, breaking into pieces and it caused the roof of a nearby house to collapse, at the time of the crash the hose was empty.
