Air Fiji Flight 121, registered as Delta Quebec- Alpha Foxtrot November (DQ- AFN), was a scheduled domestic passenger flight from Nausori International Airport (IATA: SUV, ICAO: NFNA), Suva, Fiji to Nadi International Airport (IATA: NAN, ICAO: NFFN), Nadi, Fiji, the flight was operated by and Embraer EMB 110 Bandeirante, on the 24th of July 1999, the plane that was carrying 17 people crashed into a mountain near Delailaskau while it was en route to Nadi, the crash killed everyone on board the plane, which makes it the deadliest aviation accident to occur in Fiji.

15 minutes after takeoff from Nausori International Airport, the aircraft slammed into the mountainside near Dalaiasakau, shortly after dawn, at around 08:40am local time, police received a call from a radio telephone operator from Windina to say that they heard a loud crash out in the hills, north of Nasevou village, witnesses stated that they saw the aircraft was flying low and shortly after it slammed into the mountainside, one man stated that he heard a "cannonball" sound during the crash, he then saw parts from the tail fall down.

The summary of the crash was Intoxication/ pilot error.
