3rd Person:

"Please sign here-" A man flipped a page over from a contract booklet for Elena so she could use the house as her own personal safe house "-and here"

"And they just gave it to you. You own all of this. This massive house?" Chris said looking around in disbelief and slight unadmitted jealousy

"For now. As sole owner, I'm the only person who can invite... a certain type of person in here if you both know what I mean" Elena told them

"So this is your own personal safe house" Bonnie said

"That's the idea" Elena said as she was finishing signing the deed to the house

"I wouldn't want to be the one to clean it" Bonnie said making Elena chuckle

Outside of the house the vampire brothers waited until Elena owned their home so she could then invite them back in "Do you really think Bonnie can take on Klaus?" Damon asked his brother curiously

"She said she could channel enough witch's power to kill him. Elijah thought that would work and he was an Original, so..."

"We just need to find him. We don't even know what he looks like. Couldn't one of them do one of those witch tracking spells?" Damon asked

"Nope. Not without something that belongs to Klaus. Believe me, I already asked" Stefan responded

Elena then opened the front door and the lawyer walked past them all "Thank you, Mr.Henry" Stefan and Damon walked towards the threshold of their house but an invisible wall kept them from entering "I'm sorry. I completely forgot" She looked towards Stefan with a smile "Stefan. Would you like to come inside my house?"

"I would love to. Thank you" He stepped over the threshold and entered his home

Elena then looked towards Damon with a less friendly look "What are we, twelve?"

"One of us is. If I let you in, do you promise to obey the owner of this house?" Elena asked

"No" He replied rudely

"Seriously, Damon. My way. You promised. I call the shots. No lies, no secret agendas. Remember?"

"Yes, Elena. Sure" He agreed

"Then please, come in" Damon then entered the house looking at his brother

Elena closed the door with a slight smirk on her face which Damon noticed "Shut up"

Bonnie and Chris walked in from the other room and Bonnie handed Elena her jacket that she left on a chair "Thanks"

"Wait, where are you going?" Stefan asked her

"Erm, to school" Elena responded in a tone which suggested obviousness. Stefan looked at her in confusion

"No, no, no. We didn't create a safe house for you to leave it" Damon said

And for once Stefan agreed with his brother on what to do with Elena "Yeah, guys, Klaus is out there. We know that"

"Right. But where? No one knows-" This caused Damon to roll his eyes at her "-Look, I really appreciate what you guys are doing. And I'll be able to sleep at night knowing that I'll be safe here, but I'm not going to be a prisoner" Elena told them

"Your way, Elena" Damon scoffed at hwr

"Don't worry, I'm ready. If he shows his face, I can take him. Know how" Bonnie said
