Book 1 of my Bennett Supernatural story... rewritten/updated
This is an updated rewrite of my TVD story, Bennett Witches. So bare with me if they're slower than normal as I will be adding things and making the chapters longer~

The bright light of the Other Side had dimmed down to the extreme as the three of them were now stood in the same spot; the cemetery in the woods, except there were less graves and more trees plus the sun had disappeared and the moon had appeared out of nowhere

Each of them one by one slowly opened their eyes to see all this and a haze of instant confusion masked over all of them, which they could basically feel from eachother once they looked around seeing that they were in the same spot beside the Salvatore Crypt, exactly where they had 'died' only moments ago
There was also no wind, no quakes, no destruction but the complete opposite. Stillness. Silence. Dead silence which began to dawn on them "Huh?" Chris hummed in confusion to see if he could still create noise
Damon looked down and remembered he was still holding Bonnies hand and let go instantly "Well, that got awkward very fast. Ahem" He said clearing his throat

"What happened? Where is everybody?" Bonnie said turning around noticing that all their friends who were watching Bonnie die with Damon and Chris, who all of them besides Jeremy could see, disappeared from where they were standing
Damon began to tap and feel himself checking that he was real before he began poking Chris who was now standing beside him since he kept reaching out with his foot to scrape the ground to check it was safe to walk on
Chris smacked Damons hand to stop his poking "This is weird. Are we alive now or..?" He asked them "Did we just avoid death? Again?"
"Maybe we-" Damon tried to speak but Chris then walked away to try and find someone to discover what was going on, Bonnie went and followed him leaving a stunted Damon alone "Where are you two going? Hey!" Damon shouted as they left him behind
He ran to catch up with the twins so he didn't get left alone as he also wanted answers to what was going on
After a very confusing, weirdly quiet walk they made their way out of the woods and ended up walking until they ended up back in the middle of their home town: Mystic Falls which was even weirder to them
