This is an updated rewrite of my TVD story, Bennett Witches. So bare with me if they're slower than normal as I will be adding things and making the chapters longer~

Damon groaned loudly as he woke up, laying across a couch inside of the Parker house which Joshua dragged him into. He opened his eyes and turned on his back to see Joshua standing at the open planned archway

Joshua held up his hand towards Damon "I just want some information. I'm not looking to make enemies"
"You have a funny way of showing it buddy" Damon whispered as he was still trying to wake up from the aneurism he had gotten
"You were trapped with Kai. I need to know how you got out" He asked in a serious tone
Damon sat himself up on the couch "Strangest months of my life. The whole repeating the same day thing. It's very disconcerting"

"Is Kai still in their?" Joshua demanded an answer about his son
"Yeah, he is, with my friend Chris" Damon told him "Which leads me to why I'm here-"
"Does Kai know how to escape?" Joshua interupted him
"Look, I'll tell you everything you wanna know. But first, I need something from you" He puts his hands into a circle shape "It's round, about yea big, a bunch of old gears and wheels and things. It's a lot harder to describe than I thought"
"The Ascendant" Joshua informed him as he knew what he was talking about
Damon shot up off the couch "Yeah. You know it. Where is it?"
"Why would I give you the key to my sons prison?"
"Because I'll say please?" Damon shrugged at him
