This is an updated rewrite of my TVD story, Bennett Witches. So bare with me if they're slower than normal as I will be adding things and making the chapters longer~

The Real World Whitmore College, Common Room, 3rd Person:
Elena and Caroline were at their college setting up a table for Thanksgiving dinner, and by Elena and Caroline it was more Caroline who kept slapping Elenas hand when she tried to mess with things
They wanted everyone to be together but more importantly celebrate their two friends who had just, for them, came back from the dead
Josette, a Doctor who worked at where Elena was doing her internship, walked into the room with a cooked turkey in hand that was covered in foil to keep it warm
Elena turned as she heard her walking behind her "Hey, Jo. I thought Alaric was coming with you?"
Josette looked hesitantly at her "Don't kill the messenger. Something about a guys impromptu weekend, which I don't know how it's a guys when Bonnie went with them"
"Bonnie left us!?" Caroline whined unhappily "But it's friends-giving!"
Elena immediately hopped the phone with Bonnie to see what's going on and where she was going "You can't miss friends-giving. I mean Matt and Jeremy are already cleaning up the Tripp mess and Caroline's mom has to work. We're already low on friends as it is" She complained
~~~~ Portland - Oregon, The Parker House:
Bonnie hopped out of the car she was In with Damon, Stefan and Alaric. She had three her bag over her shoulder while struggling to keep her phone to her ear "Sorry Elena, but I'm doing something more important right now. Damon found proof that my brother may be safe in the Prison World still, so we've gone to investigate"
"Wait? What do you mean, Chris is in a Prison World? Damon said he was at peace before you got there. What?" Elena couldn't believe her ears "Why wasn't I informed about this?"
"Why didn't I consult you, one of Chris' friends, in a decision to do with Chris instead of his own sister first. Hmm. I wonder why, Elena?" Damon shouted over to Bonnie as he could vamp hear what Elena was saying on Bonnies phone

Bonnie smiled at Damon as she turned around wondering what to say to Elena "We didn't want to bother you all just in case. I didn't want to believe it myself, but we thought he may have died saving us. But if my teddy bear made it back it could mean he's alive"
"Chris is still alive. Oh my, god" Elena cheered happily
"So we're in Portland trying to track down this object, an Ascendant, to help us get him out" Bonnie informed her
Stefan depressingly interupted her "Bonnie, you may not want to get your hopes up. I tracked this lead months ago. It was a dead end"
Bonnie rolled her eyes at him "Bye, Elena. I'll keep you informed" She then ended the call on Elena
