Salvatore Boarding House,
3rd Person:

Chris had been back at the Salvatores house alone for a few hours now, or more like his house now

After killing Kai, again, Chris took the Ascendant with him and left the dead body in the eclipse cave

It was eerily quiet inside of the house, even more now since he was truely by himself now. He tried to keep himself busy tending to his injuries that were slightly getting better

He sat himself on the living room couch beside the fireplace he had lit and closed his eyes to rest, not knowing what he wanted to do next as he knew he'd either have to wait and see if his sister and friends would come to rescue him or find another way out himself

But if Kai had been her for 18 years and never found a way without magic then that hope was slowly lost. Although other pieces of the escaping puzzle was that he needed Bennett blood, the Ascendant and the eclipse so by himself he was three quarters on his way to getting out

After a few minutes of silence Chris realised he was about to miss being on his own when suddenly he heard the front door open and slam shut "No, he didn't just do that" Chris whispered to himself

"Chris?" The weirdly cheerful voice called from the doorway "I saw the car outside. I know your here" Kai yelled louder

Chris sighed to himself, knowing that with one word from Kai he'd rather be in a seperate Prison World

Kai walked inside and straight over to Chris and put his arms up in exasperation "Have you gone deaf?"

"What do you want now, Kai?" Chris complained while holding his hand to his forehead

"Missed you too, Chris" Kai smirked back seeing the state of him "We need to have a talk"

A sigh escaped Chris' lips. The last thing he wanted right now was to make chit chat with this man who probably wanted to kill him because he had not long ago just killed him "Only if its to talk about when your leaving town" Chris grumbled

"Hmm, not quite. But it's definitely something better" Kai rubbed his hands together mischievously then jumped onto the chair beside Chris which made Chris quickly scooch over away from him

"What do you want?" Chris asked bluntly, wanting whatever Kai wanted, to be over with

"What I want to talk about is how we are going to get out of this place. To make a plan that's faster than waiting for someone to come get you, since you-" His words started to become bitter as he spoke, his temper getting worse. With pursed lips he stopped himself, inhaling deeply he tried to calm himself dowm "Since you denied us the chance to leave"

Kais deep bluey grey eyes stared expectantly at Chris waiting for him to give him an answer "I have no magic anyore. We can't leave. Plus you don't have the Ascendant"

"Oh yeah. Where is the Ascendant anyway?" He asked looking around a little it was going to be on a shelf somewhere

"I hid it" Chris said with a condescending smirk "I took away the magic which could get you out and now the object that could get you out"

"Oh come on. I can't do this anymore, Chris. I don't want to be trapped here. There's no reason for it" Kai pleaded in a moment of desperation

"Ha, no reason. Tell me with a straight face that you didn't murder a bunch or children and I'll help you escape and kill your coven" Chris laughed as he let his head fall back on the couch to look up to the ceiling
