Bennett-Parker Home,
3rd Person:

A loud thud noise caused Chris to shoot up in his bed besides Kai who was still sleeping "What was that?" He gasped which surpringly didn't wake Kai up so he layed down and tried to go back to sleep

A loud crash occurred which made Chris fully wake up. When he shot up all the lights in the bedroom suddenly turned on which made Kai finally wake up with a slight groan "Chris" Chris then quickly turned off all the lights with his magic

"Yeah" Chris answered

"Are you using your magic to turn the lights on?" Kai asked

"Possibly"

"Is it because of the noise?" Kai asked him

"It is. I think it's coming from outside" Chris told him

"I'll check it out" Kai got out of bed and looked out the window while manually turning the light on "I don't see anything. There's no reason to be-" The crashing noise happened again which made Kai jump and hop away from the window and back into bed under the covers "I think we should just stay here... where its safe"

"I told you there's something out there" Chris bragged about being right

"Actually, I heard from some guys at work talking about some weird people hanging around in the neighbourhood recently. Now who knows what they would be up to. Robbing? Vandalising?"

Chris carried on his list "Making objects fly? Summoning object out of nothing?"

"What? Do you really think they were referring to us?" Kai questioned. Another banging noise happened which made Chris grab onto Kais chest under the covers "Maybe one of us should check what is going on outside?"

"Yes! One of us should!" Chris told him wanting Kai to check but Kai stared back with the same thoughts "Alright. Fine. I'm gonna check it out" Chris used his magic to open the curtains back up and they saw it was just a tree branch banging onto the window "Oh, well aren't we stupid"

Kai looked down and smirked "I like how you've used this opportunity to begin another opportunity"

Chris hummed while using his hand to move up Kais chest "It is a great idea don't you think"

"One of your best" Kai hummed back "Chris"

"Yes, Kai"

"Get the lights for us"

Chris used his magic to turn the light off. Kai then grabbed Chris and rolled him on top of his body with another smirk

Next Morning In The Hex:

Chris got up and saw that Kai wasn't in bed so he made his way downstairs into the kitchen to see Kai making tea "Morning Mr Parker" Chris said happily walking over to him

"Morning other Mr Bennett slash Parker" Kai smiled handing him a cup of tea as Chris yawned heavily "Did I really tire you out that much?"

"How are you not tired?" Chris asked as Kai wrapped his arms around him

Kai kissed Chris on his neck "Mmm I could go on forever with you. Speaking of things to do with you-" Kai walked into the living room and Chris followed him

"What are you even doing in here?" He asked as he saw Kai with a microphone

"I found out what we could do later today" Kai held up his mic "There's a karaoke competition going on at the Grill later and I thought we could have a go at it"
