3rd Person:

Chris was sat on a couch beside the legs of the dead Stefan that he and Caroline had brought into the building so his body wasn't just outside in the open, just in case anyone came past them

Chris was staring at Stefans still greyed face whilst Caroline was crying, kneeling beside the couch on the floor when Elena came racing into the room "Oh, my God, Stefan" She gasped seeing his desiccated body

Damon was slowly walking into the room with a deadpanned face looking at his brother "We didn't know where to bring him. I couldn't just leave him outside" Caroline cried "Bonnie has a plan, right? She said that she could bring people back. Tell me that she can bring him back!"

Chris then stood up not saying a word and began walking off to leave "Where are you going?" Damon asked him

"To blackmail some witches" Chris said before leaving to get in his car and race back towards the roads connecting to Mystic Falls

Damon nodded and walked around to his brother "Lets move him. Away from prying eyes" He said as he covered Stefan with a blanket

Outside Mystic Falls:

In the morning daylight, Luke and Liv found a car and quickly tried to get out of town so they could escape the Travellers spell, which had now stopped expanding due to one of the doppelgängers being dead

Liv was slouching against the passenger seat window in a huff "Oh, great. Grandma just passed us" She commented on Lukes slow driving

"If you want to drive, just say so" Luke told her as he was sick of his complaining

"No, I want you to drive. Just at a speed more fitting for two people who just tried to commit murder"

"They are not following us" Luke assured her "Markos stripped the town of spirit magic. There's no way they survived"

"Are you sure about that?" Liv said pointing ahead of them. When Luke turned back to look at the road he saw Chris standing in the middle of it with his hand out ready to stop them, but Luke slammed his foot on the break and managed to come to a halt before running him over "You should've hit him. He looks pissed"

Luke then turned around and saw that no one was behind the car and then tried to reverse the car, but when he pressed the acceleration peddle the car refused to move. He looked forward again and realised Chris was still holding out his hand and realised he must be messing with the car "Great. We're dead"

"What a jerk" Liv said as she undid her seat belt and exited the car

"You know, if your going to try and escape, maybe you should stay off the main road" Chris advised them

"Just get out of our way" Liv shouted at him

"Not a chance in hell. Stefans dead" Chris told them which made them look at him in slight shock "Which for you may sound great, since it stopped the Traveller spell. But trust me, its not good news"

"I know you won't believe me, but I am sorry about him" Liv said

"Oh, you are? So your going to help me bring him back?" Chris asked with slight demand with no wiggle room

"Look, I understand why you want him back. But if both doppelgängers are alive again, the Travellers can re-start their spell" Liv tried to reason with him "Meaning our magic goes bye bye and your vamp friends, will die"

"Good thing we're not going to give them a chance to do the spell again. Because to bring Stefan back we're going to need to kill them. A whole lot of them. Including Markos"
