Chapter 79 - Notice

Outer's View:
I fell off my feet and fell back, but before I could hit my head hard on the wall, strings caught my fall.

We turned and saw Error.

* Since when did you think it was okay to push your own partner into a wall?

Killer rolled his eyes.

* Everyone here is so annoying.

Killer walked off.

I stood back up and watched Killer go. Something was wrong...

* Are you okay?

I nodded, trying to keep a straight face.

* He's never been like this before...

We went into the playroom and the others looked at us with concern.

* Are you okay, Outer??

* Yeah...I'm sorry about that Blue...

* It's not your fault, Outer. Hopefully he can resolve the anger he's feeling today.

I picked up Noir.

* Hopefully, I'll go talk to him...

We went out the room and went to find Killer. I sat in the living room as Noir fell asleep on my lap.

* Hey Outer.

I turned to see Epic.

* Hiya Epic, you okay..?

He nodded.

* Yeah, hey can I ask you a question?

* Sure, what's up?

* It's kinda hard to explain, I'll show you instead.

Epic opened a portal.

* Where are we going..?

* Well the thing is... I'm usually a very observant person, so I couldn't help but notice a change in all those who went on the camping trip. So I asked Sci about it and I have an idea.

I grabbed a blanket and put Noir at my back so he wouldn't fall as he slept. We stepped through the portal.

* Where are we?

* We're in the cave near the campsite. This mirror is a portal to the Mirror!Verse.

* So...this mirror did something to them...?

* I'm not sure...that's what I need your help with. Maybe your magic can-

* My magic is related to the mind...not timelines.

* Yes yes but if someone from the other side comes, you can get into their mind.

I looked at the mirror once more.

What happened to Killer to make him so upset...

* I'll keep this in mind, thank you Epic. I need to talk to Killer about a few things so I need to get back home. :)

* No worries, if you need anything you know where to find me.

We stepped back through the portal as Killer entered the living room. He glanced at Epic before looking at me.

* ...Where'd you go?

* Just checking out something...but anyways, Killer we need to talk.

Epic left the room and closed the door behind him. I sat down and took Noir off my back.

* I'm sorry about my lash out today...I should've calmed myself down, I don't know what got over me...

* It's okay Killer, you know I could never be mad at you. Did something happen to put you in such a bad mood...?
