Chapter 81 - Correction

Dust's View:
Everything changed. Outer was in control of my mind.

* Outer calm-

* Don't tell me to CALM DOWN! How dare you?! My 'mirrored self', I bet, is just like me, they'd want me to take care of their Noir until otherwise.

* They're evil Outer, it can't just- HEY!

Outer clicked his fingers and I was pulled to the floor.

* I wasn't actually gonna do it, I just needed to get something outta the fake Killer!!!

* Are you sure...?

I nodded eagerly.

We returned back to reality and Killer glared at us. Outer teleported us all to the cave. Killer would in a magic cell made by Outer.

* I want my Killer and my child back, and we will wait until that happens.

Outer teleported Mirror!Noir to his father.

Killer's View:
* We need to get the others without their parents getting suspicious.

Slash nodded.

* I can get to the cave as you get them, we can't risk me going in.

I nodded before we teleported to different places. I entered the living room before hearing a knock on the front door.

* Who's there?

* Sci, I need to talk to Nightmare, now.

I opened the door. He went past me and straight to Mirror!Nightmare's office. I silently followed behind, texting the twins and Luna to meet me at the front door. I listened in on the conversation.

His powers grow everyday. He needs to stay here until the children can get the other timeline's guardians to do the plan.

Nobody is using that portal unless I say so. We just have to wait one more week before those that came from the other timeline lost their memory and act as if they're one of us.

If they try to get to the cave, you use the serum.

Alright...

I hid myself as Sci came out. I quickly went to the twin's room and they were in there with Luna.

* Everything okay, Uncle K?

* We need to get outta here, they know we're not from here. Slash is making his way to the cave so you guys wait for me at the front as I get Noir.

They nodded as I left the room. I went quickly to Noir's room and thank goodness Mirror!Outer was not there.

* Hey bud, time to go home. :)

I put him in the baby carrier attached to my chest and we left the house. We all got into the caravan and drove off.

Within an hour we got to the campsite and didn't waste any time. Entering the cave, we tried our best to remember the route.

* This way! I know where we are!!

We follow Bloom, but by the time we got there...

* Well well well...what do we have here~

They were all there. All the mirrored versions of my teammates. Slash was passed out in Mirror!Dust's hands.

* What did you do to him.

* Well you were listening in on Sci and I's conversation, I think you can guess.

Before any of us could make a move, they teleported behind us, the serum threatening to get injected into us. I looked through the other side. Nobody was there but things were set up. Who could-

* Yeah, it was pretty cool bruh, took me ages to get used to though.

* That's pretty rad!

* Honestly, we can't thank you enough for helping us here.

Fresh, Sci and Outer entered the side of this area and looked straight at us.

* Awww, what a coincidence. I guess they can watch the show~

* K-Killer?!?! Let go of them!

Outer could only watch, not wanted to risk getting swapped with. Sci ran to his machine and quickly turned it on. Fresh was confused...which was understandable.

* No can do, Starface.

Outer glared at Mirror!Nightmare before looking at Noir.

* Noir, do you want a banana?

Noir looked up to Outer and his face lightened up. Outer smiled back.

* Banana!

What was he doing...? We were all confused.

* Banana...!

Noir waved his arms and started giggling. He started to get too excited. He liked his legs in the air and his magic caused a rather big blast. We ducked as the Mirror!Sanses got blasted back against the wall. I used magic to keep me and the others is protective bubbles.

* Killer..?

* Yes my love.

* They still have Slash...

* Oh-

* Pop the bubbles and come with us willingly and Slash won't get hurt.

Mirror!Nightmare began to strangle Slash, getting tighter and tighter.

* Uncle K, we need to help him!!

We were so close to being back with our loved ones...

I looked at Outer. I knew he'd want me to save Slash...

So I undid the spell...

I immediately felt the serum get injected into our necks.

Outer's View:
I watched them drop to the floor. The others finally arrived.

* Don't be disheartened, they won't even remember how you failed to save them in a few days.

Blue went up to the mirror, making sure not to touch it.

* W-What do you mean by that?!

* We're a story driven timeline, the more someone stay in the timeline, the more their minds adjust to their role.

Blue's eyes widened. He couldn't lose Luna again...he just couldn't.

* And simply abandon your current teammates?

I glanced at the magic cam they were in.

Mirror!Nightmare glared at Nightmare. He smirked.

* My Dream would destroy yours in a heartbeat. Ours didn't going through the 'trauma'.

* As if you would know.

* Oh, I do. At least when Dream and I were kids, I didn't victimise myself and assume Dream was living a dream.

* I never assume that.

* Oh really? Be honest with yourself.

Mirror!Nightmare's tentacles picked up the others and walked out with most of his team.

Mirror!Dust stood, holding Noir.

* He's a real cutie, y'know.

* You won't get away with this.

He smiled, holding Noir up to face me.

* Say hi to mama.

Noir smiled with joy, reaching his hands out to me. I had to keep a straight face...

He'd be in my arms soon...
