One hour later...

Geno's View:
I was able to sit up and hold my baby and my heart fluttered every time he moved.

* Should I tell them to come in?

I nodded and Reaper left the room.

He was so precious..

* Don't be too loud though...please-

* BABY!

Everyone came in and smiled as they saw Goth.

* He's adorable. :)

Ink said, giving me a hug. He looked more exhausted than me...

"May I hold the little one...pleeeeaaase?" Amelia asked, giving me puppy eyes.

* Haha, sure.

She picked Goth up and cooed and cuddle him. The children were in awe. Ink sat down besides me and sighed.

* I didn't realise how rewarding having a baby was until now...

* It does feel pretty magical..

I turned my head to see a tear roll down Ink's face. I held his hand.

* I'm happy for you, Geno, you deserve this stage in your life, y'know?

* I just hope I can do the best for my child, but I have your guys, so I know it'll all work out. :)

One week later...

Ink's View:
* Oooo, that's a beautiful drawing Jamster!

Jammy showed me another one of his pictures and a gave him some blue tac so he could put it on the wall. Error came into the bedroom and saw the pictures before smiling.

* Jammy really likes his colouring huh.

We both nodded and Error picked up Jammy and played with him, using magic to make him float.

* Jammy's annual appointment is in an hour, are you sure you wanna come Ink?

* I'm very sure Error, I want to prove to you that our son is absolutely fine.

* I know he's healthy Ink, m'just curious as to why he doesn't talk.

I laid down on the floor besides Error and we watched Jammy fly around the room in pure happiness.

* We should probably get going, there's heavy construction on the main road, remember?

* Eh..true. Okay let's go. :)

We packed a few snacks for Jammy and got in the car before driving to the GP.

* Ooo I forgot to ask, how do you feel now that you're an uncle?

* Proud. Very proud actually.

* Good, I'm glad. :)

Error took a turn. I looked outside my windows and saw fields and fields filled with flowers of all colours and it felt...nice to stare at them. Ever since the party the others hid from me - for good reasons - Gaster and Bete had been so quiet, maybe they'd finally decided to keep their part of the deal? I dunno. But it had boosted my mood so much. I only had a matter of weeks before this baby arrived and so I wanted to final few weeks to be happy, fun, memorable. At some point, I'll be back for my family...but I tried not to think too far ahead.

* We're here Ink.

* Oh, I didn't even realise. 😅

I took Jammy out of his car seat and we walked into the GP all together. Within twenty minutes our family name was called and we went into the doctor's room.

'So, how has little Jam been doing?' Dr Webber asked.

He was cool. 😎

* Still no talking, but he met people out of the house recently and he didn't seem shy at all.

'Have you both talked about getting him an au-'

* Our child is fine Webber, just a little quiet that's all, the trials taken to test a kid for autism, a monster kid at that, is astronomically long, it'll just stress him out!

* We don't know that for sure Inky, let's give it a try-

* No Error.

'It's more than 'just a test' for you Ink, isn't it?'

* What? No!

That sarcasm could be heard from a mile away.
Ah shit-

* Ink?

'Don't worry, we won't have that talk here. How about speech therapy, it doesn't lead to anything and allows Little Jam to get an extra push towards speaking.' He explained, giving us a booklet for the course.

* What do you think Ink?

* If it'll help him then sure...I think.

'Don't worry, you can observe the therapy every time from a room.' He gave a lollipop to Jammy and a high five.

'Awesome Jam, you're a healthy, lovely kid. No worries internally and he seems to be filled with energy which is great. Any questions?'

* What's the worse case scenario taken his symptoms?

I turned to look at Error.

* What kind of questions is that-

'Don't worry about that Error, he's not showing any other sign of anything, just a silent child for now. Although please do consider that autism test for the future!' He handed lollipops to us too.

We said our thank you and goodbye before heading back to the car.

* Why would you ask something like that Error?!

* Sorry...it was out of line, I dunno why I asked it.

He started driving.

* I'm hungry.

* Drive through?

* Mm yes please.

I grabbed my snacks box and started eating some fruit. Error bought us all some food and he parked the car so we could eat.

* This is what I needed, I love these fries mmm!

I ate my food and had my cold, refreshing milkshake. We took a ten minute break before Error started driving again.

Half an hour went by before-

* I'm thirsty.

* Ah- babe we're ten minutes away from h-

* Park the car by the shop, I've just remembered we need to buy some groceries and a drink for myself please!

* Sure...

And so we did.

* Ready to go?

I nodded and Error started the car again.

* Wait.

* Ink!

* Sorry sorry, I really need to pee, like really bad!

* We'll wait here...

It took me fifteen minutes.

* Ready-?

I nodded, finally feeling comfortable. We arrived home and Error took Jammy inside. It was too comfy the position I was in on the seat of the car.

* You okay Ink...?

I put a thumbs up and told Error I wanted to stay in the car for a bit. My eyes closed slowly as the warm sun kept me relaxed.

Mmm.
