Kei was soon enough informed by Justin that Theo will be having a meeting with the Theerapanyakun and asked if she wanted to join. She grins and nods her head, telling Justin to give the detail of the meeting. She was then informed that the meeting was informal and will be held the next day at 7 pm for dinner.
After getting the information she needed, Kei decided to gently move away from Vegas and Macau before heading towards the couch and plopping herself on it and then soon falling asleep.
Kei was woken up by Macau, who is poking her to wake her up, while Vegas is just looking at them. Kei wakes up groggily before yawning and stretching her body before standing up and heading towards Vegas' bed, plopping herself beside the older. Macau, on the other hand, went to the bathroom to freshen up.
" Vegas..."
"Hm?"
"I'll be meeting with the major fam tonight for dinner."
"WHAT?- Ouch!"
"Wh-Are you okay, V?"
"Are you crazy?"
"What???"
"Why would you meet the major family?"
"Don't worry, V. Theo will be there."
"But still, Kei... What if something happens??"
"Nothing will happen, V. I promise. There will be Theo, Justin, and the bodyguards."
"I'm coming with you."
"WHAT? NO!"
"I'm coming and that's final."
"V, you probably aren't even allowed to be dismissed from the hospital. You should focus on recuperating."
"Watch me."
Vegas then pressed the button to call the nurse, soon enough a nurse came and ask if they needed anything. Vegas got straight to the point, asking if he can be dismissed today, to which the nurse replied that she should ask the doctor for that and if he wants a doctor to be called, Vegas nodded yes and watched as the nurse left the room.
Kei watches Vegas, she knows he's determined to follow her to the dinner probably worried in case something happens. Kei then decided to text Theo, telling him that Vegas and Macau will probably join the dinner, she then tells Justin to prepare an outfit for her, Vegas, and Macau.
Kei watches as Justin brings in pieces of clothing for the three of them, laying them out on the couch for them to see. As Kei was about to look at the outfits, the doctor came in and so Kei greeted him and starts talking about Vegas' condition, asking him if Vegas is clear to be dismissed.
The doctor moves towards Vegas and starts doing a check-up, it takes up a couple of minutes but once he is done, the doctor informs Kei that Vegas is clear to be dismissed but is then reminded that it was best in Vegas to stay in a wheelchair for a couple of weeks before starting to walk.
Vegas is surprisingly compliant throughout everything, he stares smugly at Kei as he listens to the doctor's words, especially the part where the doctor says that he's able to be dismissed. He watches as Kei listens attentively to the doctor, listening to whatever the doctor says to take care of him. Maybe Kei and Macau are the only ones I can trust in my life, no one else besides them.
Vegas watches as the doctors leave and Kei starts to look through their outfits, he sometimes feels like Kei is a mind reader, she's somehow always calm and prepared in different kinds of situations.
"Vegas"
"Hm?"
"What outfit do you want to wear?"
"I think I'll go with white. All white"
