When the three people outside, including Shu who didn't manage to get in, heard Jisoo laugh, they were dumbfounded.

However, none of them dared to interrupt the two of them, so they dispersed, each with their own thought.

Jisoo had been thinking of how Jennie would tell Lisa the issue.

However, she chose such a unique way of telling the secret to Lisa.

After a couple of seconds, he restrained his laugh as he looked towards Lisa.

"I never knew that her name was Jennie Jayn Kim," Jisoo remarked.

Lisa also didn't know about that. However, by telling him her real name, he knew that Jayn was actually her.

She just hid her first name while using her surname and part of her given name.

The matter was actually very simple, yet none of them realized it.

Pushing the matter to the back of his head, Lisa recalled the more important matters on hand.

"How long have I slept?" Lisa asked.

"Three days," Jisoo answered.

Lisa nodded, "Give me the rough situation of the battlefield conditions in this area."

"Sure."

Lisa listened to Jisoo's explanation for some time before pointing out a few points and making a rough strategy for Jackson's battle tomorrow.

Jisoo passed the messages out before brewing some medicine for Lisa.

"When can I return to the battlefield?"  Lisa asked.

"If you feel that you're good enough, you can go the day after tomorrow,"

Jisoo pushed the bowl forward, "But, you're not allowed to force yourself."

"I know," Lisa didn't feel much at edge anymore.

Although he was still worried about Jennie's condition, he knew that she was very skilled.

In fact, she could be above him if she were to use that weird technique, though only for a short period.

"Rest well for tonight," Jisoo said before walking out of the tent.

Lisa stared at the letter once again as he sighed.

How come he didn't realize it sooner?

It was pretty obvious that the two of them had a similar build and whenever one came near him, the other would be at a far place.

He was sure that Jennie put her body double to stay away from him because he would be able to recognize her if she had switched.

Probably, he knew about it, but he refused to acknowledge it and pushed the matter into the back of his head unconsciously.

Knowing about her real identity also made him realize why she told him that she did not have the right to say the same to him.

While he gave her the truth, she was still hiding the fact that she and Jayn were the same.

However, he also knew that she planned on abandoning that identity forever, so he would not blame her.

Having her tell him about it now was already enough.

The next day, Jackson could overwhelm the Pan Kingdom soldiers with ease due to Soujin's plan.

However, the fight only lasted halfway because they heard the news that Jiu admitted his defeat to Jennie and retreated.

"We won against Jiu?" Jisoo asked with disbelief.

The fight these past few months was full of ups and downs, especially against Jiu.

Now that the other party declared that they had won, the news sounded unbelievable.

"Jiu defeat doesn't mean the war is over," Lisa's remark made Jisoo clear-headed again.

He understood that conquering the kingdom still needed more steps as they needed to completely subdue the entire kingdom, which might take months or even years.

More importantly, the capital hasn't fallen yet.

"You're right. What is the next plan?"

"Strengthen the soldiers and treat the wound as we wait for Jennie to return."

"I understand," Jisoo nodded his head as he relayed the message.

The rest of that day, Lisa stayed on his bed and let Jisoo give him a lot of medicine.

The next day, he felt much better, but before he could leave the bed, the sound of soldiers clattering around could be heard.

"Jennie has returned," Jisoo smiled.

Lisa nodded. He chose not to move from the bed as he waited for Jennie to come.

On the side, Jackson was sitting carefully.

Although Lisa hadn't told him that Jennie was Jayn, he knew that Jennie was someone important.

While he wondered about whether he should go or not, Jennie already come to the tent.

The first thing Jennie did after returning to the headquarters was ask about Lisa.

"Lou, has Lisa woken up?"

"Yes, Master is in his tent."

Jennie smiled at the response and walked to the tent.

Due to the fight the day before, there were still some traces of blood on her armor, which enhanced her presence even more.

Although she was feeling impatient, she still controlled her movement until she arrived in the tent.

Her eyes moved to the bed where Lisa sat on the edge. Her smile blossomed, which made the people inside the tent stunned and speechless.

Because she no longer wore her veil, her beauty was too blinding for them. Stomping on the ground she quickened her pace as she moved to Lisa's side.

"Lisa, are you alright...?"

The moment she reached Liss's side, the latter flicked his finger to her forehead.

His action stunned Jennie who didn't react in time, but she quickly covered her forehead with her hand as she stared at Lisa.

"That's for hiding your real identity from me," Lisa reached out his hand and pulled the stunned Jennie into his embrace, "And this is for fighting in my stead for me."

Jennie's face reddened as she started hitting Lisa's chest lightly, "Who said that I did it for you? Let me go!"

Because she was careful not to hit too hard due to Liss's wound, there was no way she could overpower Lisa.

In the end, she could only resign while Lisa held her in his arms.

"I guess, we should just leave," Jackson coughed up as he stood up.

With Lisa's glare directed at him from behind, he and Jisoo immediately sprinted out of the tent.

"Don't forget that the war hasn't ended yet," that was Jisoo's last word before he left the tent in a hurry.

Lisa ignored the two of them. He looked towards Jennie on his arm as he smiled mischievously.

"Now that the two of them have left, shall we continue further?"

With a reddened face, Jennie raised her arm and hit the person in front of her.

SLAP

"Don't be shameless, General Lisa."
