"And so then Cardan TELLS Jude that she has his heart even if it's a shabby, worm eaten, scabrous thing and then he turns into a fucking snake," I exclaimed. I looked at Timothée who had his head resting on his fist and smiling at me.
I blushed all over. I'd been rambling for minutes on end. First it had been marvel movies, and now books. I felt like an idiot. He was probably so bored.
"I'm sorry, I've been taking up the whole conversation. I-I know I'm kinda nerdy, you should have told me to shut up."
"Never," he said and grabbed my hands.
"I was in awe," he said softly.
"Wait really?" I asked.
"The way your eyes light up and your hands move and you get so passionate. I've never seen something so beautiful," he said, thumbs rubbing my hands.
"Oh thank you," I said happily. He moved forward suddenly and pressed a light kiss to my lips.
"I think you just became my favorite person," I swooned. "Lets me ramble about my favorite things and then kisses me."
"Well thank you," he winked. "Now come on, I want to hear about Cardan turning into a snake."
