A/N just a reminder. This is my plot and my story and will not necessarily follow the show. I include these kind of reminders in case I get someone who decides to comment things about how inaccurate stuff is.

Dean and I sat on the couch while my dad pulled up a chair.

"So you guys have questions, I'm sure." My dad said

"Yeah. How did you come back?" I asked

"I don't know all of what happened, but I somehow ended up in purgatory. Alex, since you don't know, purgatory is full of monsters. All kinds of monsters who just want to destroy you, and you have to defend yourself the whole time you are up there. So, I was defending myself, but I was getting beat up pretty bad. Suddenly, Cas showed up and got me out. He helped me back to Earth and sent my soul back into my body. I climbed out of my grave and walked back to the bunker." I didn't question what he said, but it sounded like there was more to it though.

"Do you know how crazy that sounds?" I asked with a chuckle

"Yeah. I know it sounds crazy. It's true though." My dad stated.

"Do you have any questions, Dean?"

"No. My question was the same as Alex's." Dean replied.

"Well, Dad, how are you feeling after all of this?"

"Surprisingly, not too bad. I'm hungry and tired, but I'm ok."

"Well, let's eat then. We haven't eaten yet." We got in the impala and drove to the diner. We sat at a booth and ate some dinner. It was quiet, but nice. I had my dad back and I had Dean back. Once we were done, we headed back to the bunker.

"Well, guys, I'm really happy I'm back, but I'm exhausted. I'm going to bed. Goodnight."

"Goodnight." We both replied.

"Dean, would you care if I go to bed too? I'm tired because I didn't really sleep last night, and I'd really like to spend the night with my dad because of everything."

"Why would I mind? You just got your dad back."

"Because you just got your brother back." He chuckled slightly.

"I don't mind at all. Go ahead."

"Thanks, Dean." I said before giving him a tight hug. Dean hugged me tighter than I've ever felt him hug before. "You ok? You don't normally hug me this much."

"I just feel bad about what I did to you."

"I told you we are good. All is forgiven. Goodnight, Dean."

"Goodnight, Alex." I walked to my dad's room and opened the door. My dad sat up.

"Alex? What's wrong?"

"Nothing. I'm exhausted too, and I wanted to head to bed. I wanted to spend the night with you though. Dean told me he's cool with it. Is that ok?"

"Yeah, honey. That's fine. Your air mattress is right where it was."

"Um, not to seem babyish or have it seem weird, but can I sleep in bed with you? You just got back, and I could use a hug first of all, and I don't want to feel alone and be worried about you for at least one night."

"That's not babyish or weird. You've been scared, and being scared isn't babyish. And it's not weird because it's no different than when a kid is scared of a storm and sleeps with their parents." He said before scooting over. I climbed in bed. "You ok though, Alex?"

"Yeah. I'm just still shaken up about everything. Dean and I are back to normal, so don't worry about that."

"Understandable. I'm glad you two worked everything out."
