~Alex's POV~
I changed into normal clothes after taking my shower. I spent my time in the shower just thinking. We were gonna start my power transfer today assuming Crowley would accept them. How do we even transfer them? Would he accept them? Will it be painful? Will I pass out? So many questions, but I tried to let my worries go away with the water. I got out and joined the guys at the table for breakfast. I looked at them questioningly.
"Everything is fine. Everyone is forgiven." My dad spoke up, picking up on my glance.
"Good." I said as I grabbed some cereal, pouring myself a bowl.
"So, when are we summoning Crowley? And how do we transfer my powers?"
"We'll summon him after you finish eating, and you transfer them through blood. Basically, we take some of your blood and inject it into him. I know that sounds bad, but we'll be careful." Dean said.
"Oh." I said as I finished up my cereal. Once I was done, Dean held me back in case I tried to kill Crowley again. We summoned him. He appeared in a devil's trap quickly.
"Hello boys. And girl. To what do I owe this pleasure?" He said sarcastically. I felt the urge to kill him, but Dean held me back and after a little bit, I was ok and the urge went away.
"We want to make a deal."
"What kind of deal?"
"We give you more power in exchange for you leaving us alone other than to help us. And that includes Alex too."
"You can't give me more power." He laughed
"Yes we can. Alex has powers. She hasn't learned to control them yet, but we don't want her to carry this burden anymore." My dad said
"What are these powers of hers?"
"She can read minds, and at the moment, this is uncontrolled, but she can destroy things when she is pissed and she can heal wounds by touching them."
"Interesting. I'll agree to your deal if you make it both ways. You won't try to kill me and will help me if I need it."
"Deal. You're gonna have to spend some time in the "panic room" as we call it. The only way to transfer the powers is through blood. And we don't want you skipping out on our deal." Crowley nodded.
We sent him into the panic room where he sat in the chair that was set up in the center of the room. My dad had a table set up with syringes to draw my blood. They were gigantic needles. To say I was creeped out is a huge understatement. I sat in a chair at the little table and my dad sat next to me, but at an angle so he could look directly at me.
"Have you done this before?"
"No. We've never taken blood from someone else and injected it. It has always been blood from hospitals. Pre-bagged stuff. I promise I'll be as careful as possible."
"I trust you."
"This is gonna hurt like hell ok?"
"Ok." I said nervously. My dad cleaned my skin first, and stuck the first syringe into my vein. I could feel it puncture my arm and he was right. It hurt like crazy. It hurt even worse once he started taking the blood. I felt like I was on the verge of passing out. Not from the sight of blood or the needle, but because each syringe took a lot of blood and the pain was so strong. Once he took the needle out, my arm continued to bleed for a bit. He tied a rag around that part of my arm, and my vision and hearing were slowly fading.
"Alex. Are you ok?" I heard faintly and my dad was trying to keep me up. I couldn't respond, and I did end up passing out. I woke up in bed with my dad sitting nearby.
"Hey dad."
"Hey Alex. You're fine. It's just a lot of blood at once and I know it hurts like crazy."
"Are you sure this is safe?" I asked, unsure. My dad sighed.
"Um, I told you I haven't done this before. I promise I'm being careful."
"I trust you. I just hate passing out."
"I know honey. You'll be ok. Are you feeling ok enough to get up or should I let you rest?"
"I'm ok. A little sluggish but I'm ok. Do we have anything going on today?"
"Not really, but I figured we could go out to lunch. Either you and me, or all 3 of us."
"Ok. How about you and me unless Dean wants to go?"
"Sure. I'll ask him."
