"there's about a zero percent change that jj goes home" pope says making me shake my head knowing that he is one hundred percent taking that money to his dad now for the restitution but I know Luke maybank and he ain't gonna use that money for restitution....
"hales you okay" I hear kie say making me look at her and nod
"I'm sure he didn't mean it he isn't think right now he's angry you know what he is like when he's angry" pope says as I just sigh
"he wouldn't have thought or said it if he didn't mean it pope" I say and u could tell by my voice I was broken in half and half off me is sitting right here angry with him and the other half got stamped on by him again and again until it shattered like glass outside barrys...
"you okay" jhon b ask Sarah as she nods with a little yeah while stroking my hair to comfort me
"are you?" She asks him as he nods with a smile
"I mean I'm in one piece so....." jhon b says smiling at her as I sigh
"Okay it's too dangerous to pawn this thing off piecemeal so our best bet is to go down there and get the rest of it and bring it all up at once put it on a safe or a vault or something, I don't know just until we can find someone who won't rip us off, I can go figure it out tonight get it done and we can be out there tomorrow morning" pope says as I nod not caring
"let's go" jhon b says
"What about that thing with my dad?" Sarah says making me look over furrowing my eyebrows
"What thing?" Pope says as jhon b whispers shit
"I have to go fishing with ward" he says making me roll my eyes
"You can't get 400 mill cause ur gonna go kill fish?" kie says as I just sigh looking down and zoning out
"hales come on let's go" kie says tapping my shoulder making me zone back to them and standing up walking out and getting into popes truck
I stayed in the car the whole time as they got the stuff we needed.
i checked my phone and saw like twenty miss calls from jj but I didn't respond I can't I don't wanna talk to him at the moment
I look up notice we was at the chateau now it's pitch black, god time goes quick I see kie and pope are getting out so I get out as well
"Gotta be done before my scholarship interview in the morning" pope says making me realise that's tomorrow I completely forgot with everything going on
"okay well we gotta focus" kie says as pope nods
"I know I know it's gonna be fine we have got jhon b and jj in the well me and hales up top and you and Sarah outside transporting" he says looking at me and kie making me nod
"Yeah yeah we got this" I say softly and quietly
"Cool oh I got a winch" pope says as he rubs my shoulder for comfort to make me feel better
"Yeah" kie says
"that tin can hold over like 200, 300 pounds" pope says as he stops rubbing my shoulder and goes to open the trunk
"Thanks both of you" kie says making me look over to her
"what for?" I say confused
"Stranding us you know making us make up" she says
