My hands are all red, bruised, and over all beat up.
Why?
Because of my metal way of practicing piano just to shell it out and memorize it in time for recital.
I hit whichever hand made a mistake- thus, my hands are red, and hurt like fuu-- f triple star.
But yeah... Not the best piano practicing method...eh?
