(II) 'Hyung? Who's your hyung?'

The young man flinched upon hearing the other man shout. He looked at the man who pulled him and asked, 'W-what are you doing here?'

The other man replied, 'Do I know you?'
He said, 'N-no, y-you don't.'
The other man said, 'Oh... Alright. Calm down. Let's talk it out. Let's sit here.'

He sat down next to the balustrade and pulled the young man by his wrist to sit beside him.

He said, 'I'm Park Jimin.'
The young man said, 'O-oh...'
Jimin said, 'And?'
He said, 'W-what?'

Jimin said, 'If someone says their name to you, it means they wanna know your name or maybe, become friends with you.'
He said, 'A-ah, r-right. Y-yoongi. Min Yoongi.'
Jimin said, 'Great and your name is great, too.'

Yoongi was still startled and confused, as Jimin pulled him off the balustrade and shouted at him as well. What Jimin said later didn't help him understand the situation any better.

Jimin said, 'So, tell me, Yoongi-ssi.'

Yoongi looked at Jimin in confusion.

Jimin asked, 'What were you doing?'

Yoongi answered, 'I was about to jump off the flyover.' and looked down as he sat with his knees bent. He wrapped his hands around his knees and remained silent.

After a minute of awkward silence, Jimin said, 'Well, I appreciate your honesty. I know what you were trying to do. If you lie to me, I'll know that for sure. Thank you for being straightforward.' with a warm smile on his face.

The way Jimin talked was indeed strange but Yoongi didn't feel so. He felt strangely good all of a sudden for some reason. Meanwhile, Jimin noticed the scars on Yoongi's wrist.

He said, 'Those scars must be your previous attempts if I'm not mistaken.' to which Yoongi nodded in agreement.

Jimin said, 'Yoongi-ssi, you seem to have a good job and you're young, too. Also, you're good-looking. What made you decide something like this?'
Yoongi said, 'Long story.'

Jimin said, 'Do you mind telling me, Yoongi-ssi?'
Yoongi said, 'It's not that I mind...'
Jimin said, 'Then? What is it?'
Yoongi said, 'It's not something interesting. You helped me, which I never wanted you to do and I don't wanna make you feel bored.'

Jimin said, 'It's fine. I don't mind because I don't think your "long story" is that boring. I mean, it must be way too interesting that you just wanna get rid of it by ending your life.'
Yoongi said, 'Ah, Jimin-ssi... Who are you? A saint or something?'

Jimin said, 'Nope! Just a student. MS in accounting. Final year, of course. I'm 26. I must be younger than you. You can call me by my name.' and flashed a warm smile.

Yoongi said, 'I'm an MS in accounting graduate as well. Wait, wouldn't it be too weird to call you by your name? I mean, we are strangers. So...?'
Jimin said, 'Strangers? Not at all!'
Yoongi said, 'Oh, then... Do I know you?'

Jimin's lips parted ways as if he was about to say something but Yoongi interrupted him by asking, 'Do you know me?'

Jimin said, 'Oh, come on, hyung! I know your name and you know my name. At least, we are acquaintances, aren't we?'

Yoongi said, 'Hyung? Who's your hyung?' with an emotionless face.

Jimin said, 'I'm younger than you for sure. So I should call you "hyung". Wait, are you just 26, too?'
Yoongi said, '26? Do I look like a baby?'

Jimin said, 'Is being 26 the same as being a baby?'
Yoongi said, 'Uh... I don't know. I'm 28'
Jimin said, '28... Yoongi hyung! Oh, this sounds nice, doesn't it?'
Yoongi said, 'W-what sounds nice?'
Jimin said, 'Yoongi hyung. This sounds nice.'
