Prompt:
You had always been drawn to Noah's sarcastic and snide comments. You found them endearing and enjoyed his company whenever you were in the same room as him. It wasn't until you two ended up in the same study group for your history class when you realized just how intelligent Noah was. He was a bookworm, always with his nose buried in some historical text or another. But he wasn't just well-read; he was also able to apply what he had learned to real-life situations. You were impressed, to say the least.
As you two worked on their group project together, you found herself drawn to Noah's wit and intelligence. You loved the way his eyes lit up when he talked about historical events or theories, and you couldn't help but laugh at his sarcastic comments. It wasn't long before you realized that you had developed a bit of a crush on Noah, despite his occasional snide remarks.
One day, as you were leaving the library together after a particularly long study session, Noah turned to you and said, "You know, for someone who's not a bookworm like me, you're pretty smart."
You laughed, scratching the back of your neck. "Thanks, I think?"
"No, seriously," Noah continued. "You have a great mind for this kind of stuff. I'm impressed."
You felt her cheeks flush. "Thanks, Noah. I appreciate that."
You continued walking with Noah in silence for a few moments, until Noah spoke up again. "Hey, so I was thinking... Would you want to come over to my place this weekend and work on the project together? I have a bunch of books that might be helpful."
You felt your heart race. Was this a date? Or was Noah just being friendly? You couldn't tell.
"Sure, that sounds great," you replied with a smile.
Noah's apartment was cozy and cluttered, with books stacked everywhere and papers strewn across the coffee table. You felt right at home as you settled in on the couch next to Noah, surrounded by history books and notes. You worked on your project for hours, taking breaks to chat and drink coffee.
As you guys flipped through pages of historical texts, Noah would offer his insights or theories. You would listen intently, nodding your head in agreement or voicing your opinions. You both bounced ideas off each other, and the conversation flowed as naturally as the coffee
you were sipping. You felt yourself falling even more for Noah's quick wit and intelligence. You admired how he could connect the dots between different historical events and periods, and how he could make sense of complex ideas.
As the night wore on, you both were getting closer and closer on the couch. You could feel the tension between each other, and you wondered if Noah felt it too.
Finally, he turned to you and said, "You know, I've had a crush on you for a while now."
Your heart immediately skipped a beat. "Really?" you squeaked out, trying to keep your voice steady.
Noah nodded. "Yeah. I know I can be a bit sarcastic and snide sometimes, but I really do like you a lot."
You couldn't help but smile. "I like you too, Noah."
And with that, you both leaned in for a kiss. It was sweet and gentle, filled with the kind of tenderness that only comes from two people who care deeply about each other.
You could feel yourself melting into Noah's embrace, feeling like you had finally found someone who could match your wit and intelligence.
Questions to keep in mind as you envision yourself interacting with Noah:
How long have you known Noah for? Do you like history? Do you even like school? What history project were you working on? What did you wear when you went to Noah's?
