22- Helping Tyler at the Gym

In the bustling city gym, FlexFit Fitness, you noticed a familiar brown-haired boy whom you had seen countless times before. With a hint of amusement, you approached him as he struggled with the weights.

"Need any help?" you offered, suppressing a smile.

Tyler's face reddened, realizing he had an audience. "Hey! Uh, no. I'm good. Yeah, I'm good," he responded, his arms slightly shaking. You raised an eyebrow.

"Are you sure?" you asked, folding your arms as Tyler's face turned even redder. "It's okay to ask for help."

After a moment of hesitation, Tyler shot you pleading eyes. "Could you?" he managed to squeak out. You gladly helped him lift the bar back onto the rack.

"I'm Tyler, by the way," he replied, sheepishly scratching the back of his head.

Introducing yourself, you corrected his form and taught him the proper technique. As you worked together, you couldn't help but find his determination endearing.

"What brings you to the gym?" you asked, trying to strike up a conversation.

Tyler's face lit up. "I'm training for the Total Drama Sports Championship! Gotta stay in shape, you know? I'm gonna win it this year for sure!"

You chuckled at his enthusiasm. "Sounds intense."

"Yeah, it is! The challenges are crazy, but I'm always up for an adventure," Tyler exclaimed, flexing his biceps. "You should come watch me in action sometime!"

As the conversation flowed, Tyler's attempts to impress you became more comical. He mixed up sports trivia and stumbled over his words. Despite his clumsiness, you found his genuine nature captivating.

After the workout, you and Tyler decided to grab smoothies at the gym's cafe. Sitting at a corner table, you were surrounded by the vibrant energy of other gym-goers.

"I must say, you're not just athletic, but you're a pretty exceptional person," you said, genuinely impressed.

Tyler blushed, and a shy smile spread across his face. "Thanks! You're really cool too!"

The conversation continued to run smoothly as you both enjoyed your smoothies. Once it was time to leave the gym, Tyler stopped you.

"Hey, before we part ways, would you like to catch a sports game or something sometime?"

You smiled. "I'd love to."
