13- Sneaking Out with Duncan

It was a typical Friday evening in Muskoka, and you were engrossed in your homework when a tap on your window startled you. You turned to find Duncan, your mischievous and adventurous friend, grinning from ear to ear.

"What are you doing here?" you whispered, opening the window cautiously.

"Hey, sweetheart," Duncan greeted, his voice barely above a whisper. "How about we shake things up and sneak out of the house tonight? We could have some real fun!"

You hesitated, contemplating the consequences. "Duncan, I don't know if that's such a good idea. We could get into serious trouble. And I really want to finish my homework."

Duncan smirked, leaning against the windowsill. "Come on, where's your sense of adventure? We're in high school, and it's time we created some legendary memories. Trust me, it'll be worth it."

Curiosity mingled with excitement, and you found yourself nodding. "Alright, let's do it. But we have to be careful."

Duncan's eyes gleamed with mischief. "That's the spirit! Meet me outside in fifteen minutes, and we'll make this a night to remember."

As the clock ticked, adrenaline surged through your veins. You grabbed a hoodie and tiptoed down the stairs, careful not to make a sound. The front door creaked slightly as you slipped out into the night, joining Duncan who was waiting impatiently.
