Season 2-Chapter 11: Some Questions Answered

A/n: I don't own destiny, sorry for the long wait, I've been slightly burned out on destiny and focusing on my other work. Well let's begin.

Jason POV

I was currently at a debriefing with both Zavala and Ikora and I told them all it is that Savathun said to me.

We were talking about the collapse and this 'witness' thing and why it is that Savathun brought them up.

Ikora:" and that's all she said?"

Jason:" Yes"

Ikora: "interesting"

I explained the whole fight and what happened to the her ghost and we're still left with questions. Mainly it's questions about this witness guy and why he seems important. Also how we could prevent the next collapse that seems likely to happen if we do nothing.

Ikora:" Did she mention anything about disciples"

Jason:" No I don't believe so"

Ikora:" Huh... I think I might have found something interesting"

She sets down a book titled disciples of the witness and I look confused at her.

Jason:" We've heard about the witness before"

Ikora:" not much is known but yes"

She opens it up and begins talking about how he apparently had a disciple names Rhulk. He wiped out his entire species to prove loyalty to the  witness so he's not good news.

Ikora:" We need to keep an eye out for this Rhulk. We can't afford to treat him lightly"

She looked at me

Jason:"I can take things seriously"

Ikora rolls her eyes.

She talks about what the deal was with Savathun and the Witness and why she knew him. It was honestly surprising finding out about the witness and it doesn't seem like something I want to find out about.

I struggled to find the words to describe what I found out that moment but it was definitely not a fun meeting that's for sure.

Zavala:" Do we have any more ideas on what to do Ikora"

Ikora thought for a bit before she eventually looked to the Vangurd and spoke once again.

Ikora:" Well just have to keep an eye out for any new signs of the witness and see if we can discover anything new"

Zaval:" dismissed"

I walked out to the bench near the war table in the helm and I sat down. After a grueling fight against Savathun I was tired and looking for a rest.

Jason:" I'm just gonna sit here for a bit. Wake me if something happens"

Sleep took over my vision and I begin to rest

But entering my dream something odd happened.

I saw myself... in a garden

It's almost like what happened on moon all those years ago.

The memory of the alternate me on the Moon came back to me and it  almost seemed like it was trying to speak to me.

As I felt myself getting dizzy I heard it's voice sound very stored and very low.

Witness:" You cannot stop us"
