'Hello and good morning. This is Javier Mateo, reporting the latest stories. On Monday of this week, a man sadly died in a small bar in Paris from a heart attack after being beaten multiple times by a young woman named Evelyn Right. Both were said to have been rather drunk and had a disagreement, leading to the unfortunate chain of events that followed. The victim, 37, suffered many heart conditions prior to the incident, meaning the woman wanted is not guilty of murder, but manslaughter. Although there's nothing to say this man wouldn't have had the heart attack anyway, it is still possible that the aggressive hits given by Evelyn induced it. Shortly after the death, Evelyn was seen to be fleeing the scene with her believed to be girlfriend, Natasha Romanoff. The two of them drove away, fleeing from the police until they lost control of the wheel, sending the car plummeting into the river Seine. However, when the car was recovered, neither woman's body was found, all that remained was a sleek black heel, jammed into the steering wheel. So, are these women really dead at the bottom of the Seine, or did they somehow survive? I'll speak to my colleague on the scene now to find out more...'

"Alright that's enough of that!" The tv was switched off abruptly. I looked around in annoyance to see the beautiful woman smirking behind me.

"Excuse me, I was watching that." I moaned sarcastically.

"But it's crap! They're never going to find out what really happened. They're never going to find us."

"I know but it's funny to see them try." I shrugged, getting up and walking up to my girlfriend, resting my hands on her waist.

"Besides, they got my name wrong."

"They did?" She raised an eyebrow at me.

"Yup. It's Evelyn Romanoff, not Right." Nat bit her lip and rolled her eyes playfully, before pulling me in for a deep kiss.

"We're too smart for them anyway." She giggled, brushing her hair out of her face.

She'd cut it short, just above her shoulders and died it blonde to help hide her identity. She still looked gorgeous, the light blonde colour bringing even more brightness to her emerald eyes.

I'd cut mine too, and coloured it a lighter brown, just until everything died down.

We had escaped off to a large house in the middle of nowhere in the french mountains, where no one could find us.

It was necessary to reinvent ourselves, just as Nat had done all those years ago. I wasn't much help but I tried to aid her in her hard work, creating new passports, phone numbers, drivers licenses, everything really.

With my new phone, I'd made sure to contact the only other person I loved, Wanda. I called her and explained everything.

She would bring Agatha to visit some time in the future, but for now, until everything died down, it was just going to be us.

Of course, we also informed Yelena of our whereabouts, and situation, which somehow didn't surprise her. I guess she knew her sister very well. We just couldn't leave them behind, but to everyone else in the world, we were dead women, people of the past.

I went into our room to grab our cameras, which miraculously, had not suffered too much from water damage. I saved them from the car as we escaped, longing to have something to remember our past by. I knew that from that moment on, our lives were going to be a lot different.

Nat had already set up a dark room, we couldn't afford to go out into the town yet in case someone recognised us, so there was nothing else really to do.

"Hey, wanna take some pictures of the beautiful view?" I asked, handing her her camera.

"Mmmmhmmm, I forgot how beautiful the countryside was. Look at all the pretty colours!" She said, gazing out of the window at the amazing scenery.

"Well I meant you, but I guess the countryside is pretty too." I smirked, giggling as she rolled her eyes at my joke. I linked my arms around her neck, pulling her in for a passionate kiss. Our lips moulded perfectly together and warmth spread throughout my body from the feeling of her soft lips pressed against mine.

I pulled away, turning and opening the door for her. And so, we stepped out of the house, leaving Evelyn and Natasha behind us and starting our new public lives as Natalie and Emily Rushman.

A/N: the end ig? I rlly don't want to end this story because i love Evelyn and Nat sm and they're so adorable! But I'm starting to write a new story that's completely different to this so I wanted to just focus on 1 at a time. I hope everyone liked the ending! I didn't wanna do a typical 'and they got married' so thought I'd do smthn a lil different. Anyway, at least they end up together, that's the main thing. Thank you sm for reading and I hope you enjoyed it!

I might go back to this after if I get time bcs I love them sm!!! We'll see :)
