"Patient 1(Bong) no pulse and no heart rate" ani ng nurse na nasa ambulance na nag rescue sa pamilya ni Sara

"patient 2 (Yuna) low heart rate and pulse almost dropping" gagad naman ng isa pang nurse

"okay let's do CPR for patient 1(Bong)" sambit ng head nurse na nasa parehong ambulance na na nagdala sa kanila Bong at Yuna

Tumango ang nurse "copy Sir" sagot nito  at sinumulan ang chest compression ky Bong, "1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005," the nurse keep doing the chest compression for Bong, then after 2minutes of pumping his heart the nurse check Bong pulse and heart rate..

Umiling ito at na patingin sa head, "still no heart beat and pulse sir.."

"okay prepare the AED (automated external defibrillator) let's send shock to his heart.." utos ng head nurse na agad din naman sinunod ng nurse na nag momonitor ky Bong

While the head nurse continuing pumping Bong's chest the other nurse was preparing the AED, then they put the one pad where Bong's heart located.. And then the other pad down his armpit on the left side, the head nurse stop pumping Bong's chest while the other nurse press the button to deliver shock on Bong..

"standby.. Shock rate 100.. Clear?" ani ng isang nurse

"clear!" sagot ng head nurse

Then the AED send shock to Bong's heart..

After the AED machine do it's job the nurses check Bong's heart and pulse rate again..

Kinuha ng head nurse ang stethoscope nito para ma-check ang heart ni Bong kung nag reresponse ba, matapos ma check ang heart ni Bong ang pulse naman nito..

Umiling ito, "nothing" malungkot na sabi ng head nurse.. " Do another 2 minutes of CPR to him.." utos muli nito sa nurse na agad din namang tumugon

After two minutes of chest compressions on Bong they check him again but still no response, therefore they use again the AED to him..

"standby.. Shock rate 200.. Clear?" wika ng nurse

"clear!" sagot ng head nurse

The the machine do it's work but still it's flat line, so they repeat the procedure again and again...

"shock rate 350.. Clear!"

"Clear!"

After the forth shock luckily Bong's heart and pulse rate comes back..

"we have pulse sir.. We have pulse.." sigaw ng nurse na para bang nabuhayan ng loob, pareho silang napangiti at nilagyan ng oxygen mask si Bong..

"Sir patient 2 (Yuna)" kuha ng atensyon ng isa pang nurse

Agad napalingon ang head nurse, "how is she?" tanong nito

"Sir not in good condition her heart and pulse rate is still low and I think his blood is also getting lower.." sagot nito

"keep monitoring her.." gagad ng head nurse, "we're almost at the hospital.." sambit nito at kinuha ang telepono para tawagan ang hospital na pag dadalhan sa mag ama

"Prepare ER we have to patient in critical stage, patient 1 (Bong) unstable heart and pulse rate he needs blood transfusion.. He lose a lot of blood, both arms wounded 3 inches lasiration cause of bowie knife.. Patient 1 also have a lasiration on his left cheek due to karambit knife..." he paused, " and also patient 1 have 2 gun shot at His back.." pahabol nito

" Patient 2 (Yuna) also have unstable heart and pulse rate, she have gun shot on right arm and on her back.. And  patient 2 have another illness—" the head nurse paused, "I'm sure cause her nose is bleeding and she's pale.. Okay! Okay... 5 minutes we'll be there.. Okay thanks.." wika nito saka pinatay ang tawag
