第十四

warnings: ego talking a lot (you can skip that part)

You sigh as you watch Aryu and Isagi drag the table to the middle. Ego had provided you all with notebooks, English textbooks and stationery with the intention of Bachira, Aryu and Isagi learning English. Since both you and Rin were already fluent in it. This was your fourth day at it

You clap your hands, "alright. C'mon, let's start already." You set the stationary and notebooks onto the table. Rin sits down as he sighs, "this is a waste of time." You giggle, "don't be like that. They do need to learn English. Maybe you should go read a book or something. I can ask Ego to bring one of my books here for you to read."

He looks to you and sighs, "that honestly sounds better than sticking with these idiots." Bachira, Aryu and Isagi sit down as Rin stands up and you call for him to toss you your phone. He does that and you catch it. You turn on your phone as you enter the chat with Ego. Sending him a text asking for one of your books.

You turned off your phone and looked at the rest. "Alright, so first. How well do you guys know English?" you ask them. Isagi looks at you, "I...don't know much to be honest. But I know the basics, like the weekdays, weekends, the numbers. But that's about it..."

You blink as you slowly nod your head, "ah- alright then- Bachira? Aryu? What about the both of you?" Aryu looks at you and twirls his hair with his finger, "I can understand a bit because I listen to western music. But I can't speak it at all." Bachira turns to smile at you with a grin, "I can't remember anything!~"

You sigh as you shake your head, "alright let's start then. Bachira, you run over the basics, try to write down everything you can remember about English...just try to translate the days of the week into English first. Aryu, I'll talk to you in English, tell me whether or not you can understand what I'm saying or not. And if you can, try to respond back in English?" You look to Isagi who just showed you his earphones, "I think I'll just listen to western music and try to get the hang of it from there."

You let out a relieved sigh as you nod your head, "good good. Alright then, let's start!" The minute you said that, there was a knock on your door and you frowned as you stood up and walked towards it. You open the door to see Anri who gave you a nervous smile. "Ah, (Y/N)-san. Here's the book you asked for," she said to you.

You let out a smile, "ah...Ego asked you to get it for me didn't he? I pity you...always running on useless errands for her. The guy has lanky legs. He should put them to use. Honestly." You said, scoffing at the last part. You look to Anri and smile at her, "well anyways. Thanks for delivering Anri-san. You can go back to Ego now, although in my advice you should take it as a chance to run away from him while you can."

Anri just chuckled nervously and shook her head, "a-ah, no it's fine (Y/N)-san. Anyways. Goodbye." You bowed slightly as she walked away. You close the door as you look to Rin, "yo Rin. I got the book." You placed the book next to him on his bed before you took your seat between Aryu and Bachira.

Meanwhile, Rin looked at the book you passed him and flipped it over, his eyes widening at the title. "101 family issues and how to solve them..." he murmured. A vein formed on his head as he threw the book at you only for you to dodge it. "OI! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS BOOK!"

Your eyes twitched as you stood up, the book in your hand. "IT'S HELPFUL. SINCE YOU DON'T WANNA TALK ABOUT IT, READ THIS. IT'S ACTUALLY GOOD," you say as you chuck the book back at Rin. He glares at you and his eye twitches as he catches the book. The two of you stared at each other before he let out a sigh and plopped back onto his bed and started reading it. You smiled to yourself in satisfaction before you turn back to the rest.

Aryu looks at you, "(Y/N) your phone rang while you were outside. Thought you might want to know." You look at Aryu, "oh. Thanks for telling Aryu." He nods his head before he looks back to his English textbook.
