"Mommy, it's a big building".

Ayler commented. We enter the company and I can see that people like him. I saw how amused he was when he saw how people greeted us.

"Good morning ma'am. Goodmorning little boy". A girl employee greeted us as we enter the elevator. Nasira ang VIP na elevator kaya sa public kami sumakay. Gladly, wala masyang gumamit ng elevator kaya hindi siksikan. "Uhmm... Anak nyo po ba sya ma'am?"

"Yes". Si Ayler ang sumagot para sakin. "And goodmorning too po". Magalang na sagot ni Ayler. Nakita ko kung paano pinigilan ng babae ang laruin ang anak ko.

"ang cute po ng anak nyo maam". He complimented. "May kahawig po sya. Di ko po alam kung sino basta para pong may kahawig sya".

Natigilan ako sa paghinga dahil sa sinabi ng babae. I just needed at her and smile. I felt relief when the elevator door opened. I saw the shock on employees faces when they saw Ayler.

Ayler on the other hand, walking while jumping. Nang makapasok kami sa office ko ay tuwang tuwa sya nang makita ang glass wall. And a flashback makes me a blush.

I felt embarrassed when I remembered everything happened yesterday. I sat on my swivel chair and look at some documents. They are all need my signature.

Wala ang sekretarya ni mommy dahil sa day off kaya naman ako ang gagawa ng lahat. I looked at my schedule. And a name made me stop.

Meeting with Mr. Ledezma at 7:00 pm. At Japanese Restaurant.

Fuck! Akala ko ba ay wala kaming appointment sa kanya. I texted my new secretary. Adam. My mom sent him to me and assign as my new secretary.

He just told me that Khaizer sent an appointment last night and it's a very important meeting so he adjust my schedule.

I looked at my son who's now sitting on the sofa while reading a book. Hindi dapat sila magkita. Hindi pwedeng malaman ni Khaizer ang existence ni Ayler.

I know that they deserves to know each other. Pero hindi pwede ngayon. Takot. Iyon ang nararamdaman ko. Natatakot ako na baka may masira kaming pamilya. I'm scared that what if Khaizer was married now.

Alam kong selfless ako pero kung para rin naman sa ikakabuti ng lahat sa paligid ko ay masgugustuhin kong ako lang ang nagdudusa.

"Mom, I'm hungry". He told me and pouted. I chuckled. Nawala ang takot ko nang makita ang may ngiti ng anak ko.

Don't worry baby, I'll protect you no matter what happened.

Bumaba kami at tumungo sa pinakamalapit na restaurant. Ang jollibee. It's Ayler's favorite restaurant actually. Ang sabi nya kasi ay si Jollibee lang ang bubuyog na nagbibigay ng saya.

Ang mga bubuyog daw kasi ay dapat na kinatatakutan but because of Jollibee, para ipinahihiwatig na nito na pwede ring maging kaibigan kahit ang mababangis na hayop at insekto.

Minsan nang muntik maospital si Ayler dahil dun. When we're in a hotel, may nakapasok na pusa na di namin kilala. He touch it like the cat won't do anything to him. Luckily, dumating ang may ari at kinuha ang pusa. Mabuti na nga lang at hindi sya nakalmot nun.

We ordered kiddie meal, bucket and two rice. Hindi ko na namalayan na nawala na pala sa isip ko ang paparating na appointment.

It's now 5:30. Minessage ko na si Adam na sunduin si Ayler sa company mamayang 6:30. Ayoko naman na maabutan ni Khaizer si Ayler.

After eating, we came back to the company. Mabait naman si Ayler. What he did was read the books in the shelf. Napatingin ako sa kanya nang makita ang binabasa nya.

Hell! It's a science book. I don't know why there's so many books about science in my mom's office.

"Mom, is there only one sun exist? Or there's sun in the other side of the galaxy too?"

"Mom? Is there other species that lives in other planets?"

"Mom? Do you know? It says that Venus once became like Earth?"

"Mom! Mom!"

Sumasakit na ang ulo ko. My son is only FOUR years old for the heaven's sake. And he's asking me question that even science can't prove yet.

Hindi naman ako palaaral noong bata pa ko. Baka namana nya yun sa daddy nya. Putangina, sinalo na ni Khaizer lahat.

Ako nga ang kasama sa kanya Naman nagmana.

"Son, can you please read a decent book? Science books is for adults. You won't understand them. May mga libro naman dyan na pambata, bakit hindi yun ang basahin mo?" Tanong ko. "You'll learn moral there! Matututo ka ng mabuting asal".

" mommy, I understand what kindness means. It's being selfless, caring, compassionate, and unconditionally kind. Like love, it takes practice to understand and feel it. We share love with others through kind acts such as a smile, a nice word, an unexpected deed, or a planned surprise." Sagot ni Ayler.

"Kaya po kung mag aaral at magbabasa lang din po ako, I want to study everything and scince is the help I need. It makes mea curious a lot. It makes me think unconditionally." Patuloy nya.

Isang buntong hininga ang kumawala sakin. He's not like an ordinary kid. He's way smarter and he acts like adults.

Pareho kaming napatingin sa pagkatok ng pinto. Maybe it's Adam.

"That's open". Sagot ko. Then, then door opened and a man entered my office.

Khaizer.

"M-mr. Ledezma...". Tanging lumabas sa aking bibig dahil natigilan ako. "What are you doing here? I-it's only six pm"

"I have to discuss something with you". He answered. Then, his eyes drop on my son. I saw how his emotions changed. He's... He's confused.

"Mr?" Ayler called him. "Is this okay for me to stay here while you're talking? I promise. I won't do anything that will interrupt your conversation".

"Ayler... "Nilamon ako ng takot at kaba. Khaizer looked at me seriously. Madilim ang tinging ibinibigay nya sakin. I saw anger in his eyes.

"I think we need to talk about this matter Ms. Monterial". He coldly said. "Don't think of running away again. I won't let you go this time".
