"𝐍𝐎, 𝐍𝐎, 𝐍𝐎. 𝐘/𝐍. 𝐈 𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐈 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐒𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐒𝐇," João's complaints echoed through the kitchen as he watched the girl swiftly slice the squash.

"João, you know you need vegetables in your meals," Y/N argued, trying to drown out his protests. The personal chef tried her best to block him out, but João stood next to her, looking at the vegetables she was cutting up.

"But why not carrot?" He offered, holding up the raw carrot to the girl's head, poking her cheek with the end of it.

"João, stop." She flinched, pulling her face away from the vegetable as she let out a giggle, pushing him away with her elbow.

"I promise they'll taste good when roasted," she reassured him, laying out the sliced vegetables on a tray and drizzling olive oil over them, followed by a dash of salt and pepper.

"I trust you then." He back offed, smiling widely. The girl continued cooking in the Portuguese player's, trying her best to finish her meal preps for the football player.

In her role as a cook for the Portuguese player, she had been working for João for a week now, and she enjoyed every moment of it. He was good company, and their conversations were always delightful. Each day, she would deliver pre-made meals for him, or sometimes, she'd even meal prep for the entire week if her schedule allowed it.

"What's going with the squash?" João asked, his eyes fixed on her as she placed the tray in the oven.

"It's going to be Grilled Chicken and Quinoa," she replied, a smile gracing her face.

With the meal almost ready, she turned her attention to João. "Would you like to eat now? I can plate the food for you and pack the leftovers for later. Then, I'll come back later in the week to prepare more meals for you."

João agreed with a nod and a smile, "Sure, that sounds great."

She nodded, and João grabbed a plate, placing it down at the kitchen table. As the aroma of the roasted vegetables filled the air, he couldn't help but feel eager to try the meal.

Fifteen minutes later, the roasted squash was steaming off the tray, looking tempting and inviting. She skillfully plated the grilled chicken and quinoa, arranging everything neatly. Finally, she added a couple of pieces of squash and served it to João. The meal looked delicious and well-balanced, precisely what he needed to fuel his body.
