"All right. We have a plan. Six stones, three teams, one shot."

"Come on, people. Let's suit up." I clapped my hand on Steve's shoulder, leading the group toward where everyones time suits were.

We all got dressed before heading to the giant platform, standing around in a circle and looking at one another.

"Five years ago we lost. All of us. We lost friends. We lost family. We lost a part of ourselves. Today we have a chance to take it all back. You know your teams. You know your missions. Get the stones. Get them back. One round-trip each. No mistakes, no do-overs. Most of us are going somewhere we know. That doesn't mean we should know what to expect. Be careful. Look out for each other. This is the fight of our lives... and we're gonna win. Whatever it takes."

Tony and I smirked at each other before looking back at Steve, who gave us knowing smiles back.

"Good luck."

"He's pretty good at that."

"Right?" Scott excitedly agreed with Rocket.

"All right. You heard the man. Stroke those keys, Jolly Green." Tony called out to Bruce over at the control panel.

"Trackters engaged."

"You promise to bring that back in one piece, right?" Rocket crossed his arms, looking at Clint, who held the rodent's mini-ship.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, I'll do my best."

"As promises go, that was pretty lame."

I took a large breath as Bruce returned, rejoining the group.

"See you in a minute," Nat smirked, smiling wider when I winked back.

All of us activated our helmets to come on as the machete started up, pulling us all into it a moment later.

Asgard (2013)

"All right. We're here. Now where the hell is here?" I asked as Rocket, Thor and I made our suits retract.

"We seem to be in the dungeons of Asgards palace. We will need to be careful, as I'm sure my brother is in one of these cells. That means Lady Alex or my mother might be close by."

"You're brother was in a cell? What did he do?" Rocket asked as we carefully walked through the dungeons.

"Oh, you know, played some harmless pranks here and there. Got some men sent to the healers. Nothing bad." Thor shrugged off.

"Didn't he almost kill two of your friends?" I quirked a brow.

"They've gone through worse in real battle." Thor shrugged off once more.

"Right. And this is the current king of Asgard we're talking about?"

"Yep." I nodded. "But his wife calmed him down a bunch. I heard he used to be much worse without her."

"Yes, indeed. When she wasn't instigating her...self..." Thor trailed off, stopping in front of one of the glowing cells. I looked inside, seeing 2013 Loki throwing something up before catching it.

"Come on, big guy. You can see him, your mother, and your niece when this is all over. If we're lucky, you'll be able to see your sister and sister-in-law too." I patted his back, glancing into Loki's cell once more before ducking and running past, Thor and Rocket soon following my lead.

"I can't believe he brought her here. What in the gods' names was he thinking?" A familiar voice mumbled, making my eyes widen.

"Shit. Quick, in here!" I ushered Rocket and Thor into an empty cell, the three of us pressing ourselves against the wall to try and hide from the newcomer.
