~Liv~

I cried out in pain as feeling came back to me, my back feeling like something was ripped out of it.

Which it was.

I ignored the voices around me, my left hand moving to my back as the right kept me from falling on my face. I pushed my healing magic through me, but the more I worked, the larger pain I was in. I screamed as a blast of magic pulsed through me, my arms growing weak as I fell forward.

"Liv!" Shaky hands held onto my arms, holding me up as I caught my breath, my eyes unfocused as my mind worked a mile a minute, dozens of different voices flooding my senses.

"Liv, focus on my voice. Only on mine. Don't worry about the rest."

"They're so loud." I cried, making the man's grip tighten.

"I know. But right now you need to focus. We're not done here. The battle is still going, and we need your help."

My eyes squeezed shut as I tried to push aside the voices, opening them once more to come face-to-face with Stephen Strange. I nodded as he helped me stand, and I wobbled as I felt the heavy weight on my back.

"Did I do it? Are they there?" I mumbled, my eyes glancing toward Peter Quill, Mantis, Drax, Groot, and Peter Parker.

"Yeah, the wings are there. You did it." He nodded. "I know that took a lot out of you but you need to focus. We're gonna have to go up against Thanos here in a minute. Think you can be ready?"

"Yes, yes, I can do it." I held my hand up, summoning my Dragonfang sword and using it as almost a crutch.

"You sure?"

"Yes, Stephen. I just need a moment to compose myself." I nodded.

"You're lucky you'll get that. I need to grab a few people before we go."
