~Olivia~
I slapped the ground in frustration, quickly standing ribbing apart a few monsters that came my way. Looking to my left, I saw Tony, Thor, and Steve attacking Thanos, the gauntlet just feet away from them. Rushing over, I flung myself onto the titan's back, the both of us shouting out as I pulled his blood outward, doing the same with the metal surrounding his body.
There are no brain cells in my body. Absolutely none.
Because of this, I was able to hold him semi-still for long enough that a good portion of his armor slipped off, leaving him vulnerable to attacks.
Thanos surprised me by flinging his head back, headbutting me, and knocking me off his back. Thor was quick to charge once more, using both Stormbreacker and Mjolnir to stave off the Titan's attacks, Steve jumping onto Thanos in my place to help hold the weapons.
I quickly scrambled to my feet, flinging the Iron Glove into my hands and running as far from the madman as I could, dodging enemy aliens on the way.
"Olivia! Give it here!" I turned my head but didn't stop running, seeing Alex matching my pace to my right. I passed the gauntlet over, slowing my pace and watching the woman as she cloned herself and the gauntlet, continuing to run farther away.
"Doll, you're not in my eyesight, where are you?" Bucky's worried voice sounded over the comms, and my eyes widened, looking around to try and find my man.
"Um, not quite sure. Just stay where you are. I'll find you." I responded, and quickly rushed off.
~Avery~
"Hey, could I get some air support over here?"
"Hold on, Alex! I'll do you one better!" I shouted, quickly finding the real redhead using my heat sensor and swapping down, grabbing hold of the girl and flying us back up to the sky.
"Oh, Norns, this is not what I meant!" She shouted, making me laugh as she clutched onto my suit, her clones instantly changing to copy us.
"Um, Alex, why are there ten of you and my wife flying around here?" Tony asked through the comms.
"Oh, there's a lot more than that," She mumbled.
"That didn't answer the question!" Clint yelled next.
"Okay, would you guys rather there be one person running around with the real glove, or dozens of people running around with dozens of gloves?"
I heard a chorus of murmurs over the comms, making me roll my eyes.
"Do what you need to do," Steve groaned. "Just get the real one far away from here. We need to figure out a new plan!"
"We'll do our best!
"Avery, watch out!" Tony's panicked voice sounded, just as one of the four-legged aliens jumped onto my back, sending Alex and me to the ground. I was easily able to blast it off of us, but just as quickly we were surrounded by a wave of gross creatures.
"Um, we could use a little help here!" I shouted.
"You won't be able to get any help now." A deep voice sounded behind me, and I turned around just in time to see Thanos trudging up to us, using his large hand to fling me away and into the pile of aliens.
~Alex~
I yelled out in pain as Thanos grabbed me around the throat, holding me up by it as I clutched onto the glove, trying to use my magic to hold it to me.
"Hand it over, witch." He growled, trying to pry the gauntlet out of my hands. "Or do you wish to join your husband?"
"My Loki is very much alive, no thanks to you!" I spat, my free hand clawing at Thanos'.
"Hm. Perhaps he is smarter than I took him for. It's too bad you shall suffer the same fate he was supposed to."
I could practically feel my face turning blue as Thanos prolonged my suffocation, seeming to take pleasure in watching me suffocate to death. I gasped, coughing harshly as I was released from Thanos' grasp, Carol Danvers having flown herself right into the titan, forcing him to let me go.
The two fought over the glove that was now lying on the ground, Thanos somehow managing to slip it on before Carol got hold of it. The two fought for a minute more before Thanos took one of the stones, using it to punch Carol, forcing her to fly away from him.
~Liv~
I quickly flew over the fight as I felt my sister-in-law slowly choke to death, seeing her in Thanos' clutches. Carol was thankfully able to get to Alex before me, saving her before fighting Thanos for the gauntlet, unfortunately getting blown away when the titan blasted her away with the help of an extracted stone.
I landed in front of the large man right as he reinserted the power stone, his attention focusing on me.
"I thought I got rid of those wings of yours." He huffed.
"I wonder, have you figured out who I am?" I asked, my fingers swirling as I slowly gained control of Thanos' body, the subtlety I was using causing him to not even realize it until it was too late.
"I am Liv Odindottri. Daughter of Odin and Frigga, twin sister of Hela, older sister of Thor and Loki, aunt of Frig, godmother to many children around Midgard, Goddess of Life, and the rightful Queen of Asgard. And you, Thanos, are not welcome on this planet, or any other."
"What are you doing?" He grunted, the man's eyes going wide as his legs spread apart, his arms lifting to his sides.
"Did you not hear me?" I taunted. "I am the goddess of life. I control all things living. And that includes you."
Thanos' eyes widened as he struggled against my hold, causing me to push more power onto him, using all that I could to keep him immobile. "I might have failed the first time, but I swear to all the Norns above me that you will not use those stones. Not anymore."
I quickly felt around, seeing who was close to me and projecting my plan to them.
"Now, kindly roll that gauntlet my way," I smirked, Thanos quickly becoming a puppet and I, his puppeteer.
His anger grew as I forced him to move his arms, bringing them together and making his free hand enclose around the gauntlet, Thanos screamed as he tried and failed to prevent me from pulling it off.
"Now, roll it over here, like a good boy," I smirked.
Thanos seemed to try and thrash around, failing to break out of my hold once more as he rolled the glove over. Stopping it with my foot, I lightly kicked it to my left, sending it to the man beside me.
"You know what to do."
"I do." The man nodded, grunting in pain as he placed the glove on his hand, different colors of energy flowing threw him.
"I am Thor. Son of Odin and Frigga, younger brother of twins Hela and Liv, older brother of Loki, uncle to Frig, God of Thunder, Prince of Asgard. And as my sister said, you are not welcome on this planet, or any other. And that includes... your army."
And with a snap of my brother's fingers, everything flashed to white.
A/n ~ I hope you guys like the change in ending here! I based it on this image I stumbled across on Pinterest, and the idea never left my brain, so I decided to use it here!
