"Am saying this as a highschool old friend " he ended his statement with this and i don't know why but my heart broke a little

"i...i will give my best Mr.Min" i replied he let out a small smile while nodding continuously.

"Wow everything is settled down i see" i don't know from where but that youngest guy came

"yaaah how many times i told you to knock jungkook" yoongi said while wiping his tears and putting on a happy face.

"Hyung i was just curious when i saw jimin entering in your genius lab" jungkook said casually sitting beside me "oh by the way i am jungkook the youngest one here" he said forwarding his hand towards me

"hi i am-"" you are Park jimin 23 year old and thank god you are not a hyung for me and i can call you just jimin right?" He cut me off "s-sure " I replied and he was still holding my hand

"and one more thing i will be your deputy manager in office" he said shaking hands.

I was about to say something but yoongi cleared his throat so loudly that i had to look towards him to confirm he didn't choke on something

"oh yeah sorry" and suddenly jungkook left my hand and got up from his seat.

"See you at office jimin bye" and with that he left the office "please don't mind him he is like that " yoongi waved his hands in front of his face "oh not at all he is very nice person" i replied.

"Hmm so I hope we are good now?" He asked "yes yes we are" i replied "soo i will see you tomorrow at my office" he said while looking at his watch

"yes Sir" i bowed a little "you can call me yoongi only i don't mind" he said with a small giggle.

"Oh no how can i you are my boss i have to respect you right" i nervously said "i was your friend before jimin it's fine we knew each other since a long time" he simply shrugged

"we still are those highschool friends yoongi" i assures that to him "oh y-yes just like that" he faked smiled.

"Am not forcing you to be my friend yoongi its ok if you  don't want to" i said trying to find the Answer of me  question on his face

"no why would i but you need to be careful while working and outside also ok" he said
showing me a very beautiful smile.
"Yes yes i will" now the silence was taking place

"i think i should go now" i awkwardly got up from my chair "oh yeah sure" he replied trying to look everywhere "tomorrow sharp 8:30" i said and he nodded "all the best" he cheered showing me a thumbs up.

I turned around to leave but before opening the door i again turned towards his side and surprisingly he was also looking at me "yoon" i called out his name

"yes jimin" he replied still looking at my eyes" thank you for everything" i finally confessed "it's my duty to keep you safe always" he replied.

I don't know what he meant by that but it felt protective. It feels so good to know that he is there for me. After leaving his house his driver dropped me at my apartment.

I was expecting a mess but now the room was cleaned and perfect like never before.

There was a small note sticked on my fridge door "Welcome back jiminb" that's it nothing more was written there like no name nothing just a note

"yoongi did that? Should i ask him?" I was questioning myself but then decided not to ask him anything. "Now I will take care of myself on my own.

He did alot for me and he is still doing it now. I need to pay off," I said, looking at myself in the mirror.

But after everything there was something missing. We did clear everything but still some part of us was still yet
