"Fine, fine. Just as long as you promise to keep me entertained."

Shirabu's POV

My heart raced as I rushed down the stairs, my mind preoccupied with the upcoming double date

There was nervousness that fluttered within me, making it a challenge to focus on even the simplest tasks.

"Hey Keish, have you seen my phone?" I called out as I entered the living room.

Keisha glanced up from her book, raising an eyebrow at my appearance. "Where are you going looking like that?"

"A date with Semi," I replied hastily, my eyes scanning the room for any sign of my phone. "Now help me find my phone."

She set her book aside, her lips quirking into a smile. "A date, huh?"

I nodded, not bothering to hide my enthusiasm. "Yeah, so have you seen my phone?"

Keisha stood up and walked over to the other side of the room, her eyes scanning the area. "Where are you two going?"

"Cinema," I said, my impatience growing. "Now, please help me find my phone."

Her gaze fell on the TV stand. "Your phone is on the TV stand, you know."

I let out a small groan of frustration as I retrieved my phone, my fingers quickly dialling Semi's number.

As the phone rang, I headed to the kitchen to grab a drink, my mind racing with thoughts of the date.

The call was finally answered, but I was met with an unexpected voice on the other end.

"When are you coming?" I ask

"Hey, Is this Shirabu?" The voice sounded unfamiliar, and I frowned in confusion

"Yeah, what are yo-" I began, but then my words caught in my throat. This was not Semi's voice.

"Oh um, I don't know if you remember me, but it's Mori," the voice continued. I felt uncertainty wash over me.

"Mori? Yeah, I remember." I replied nervously

"Yeah, sorry. I saw your name on Semi's phone and picked it up for him," Mori explained.

I clenched my jaw, trying to mask my disappointment. "Is Semi there?"

"He's currently in the shower," Mori replied.

"Oh, alright. I'll call back later," I said, my tone neutral.

"Wait, I would like to talk to you," Mori's voice lowered, his hesitation apparent.

"About?" I questioned.

"Highschool..." he trailed off

My heart sank slightly, the memories of our days resurfacing. "Let's forget what happened. I don't want to talk about it."

"No, I should apologize. I was a bitch then, and I never understood. You deserve to be mad at me," Mori admitted, surprising me with his candidness.

"Oh um..." I wasn't quite sure how to respond.

"Yeah, so I just wanted to apologize, and I hope your relationship with Semi goes well," Mori said.

"Thank you," I managed to say, my tone softening slightly.

"I'm surprised that his parents didn't say anything about it," Mori added.

"What do you mean?" I asked, confused.

"You know, his parents are very strict with-" Mori's words were cut off abruptly.

"Yo Mori, who are you talking to?" A new voice interrupted. I recognized Semi's voice immediately, making me feel relieved
