"Don't overthink it."

Third Person Pov

Semi dragged his feet as he walked through the school hallways, clearly looking quite drowsy. His lack of sleep was visible in his drooping eyes and sluggish steps

A hand suddenly grasped his arm, and he turned to see Shirabu beside him. Their arms were now hooked together, a surprising but warm gesture

"Why do you look so exhausted?" Shirabu asked, pulling Semi's face towards him.

Semi averted his gaze slightly. "I got back home late yesterday," he mumbled.

"Let's go to your dorm," Shirabu insisted, guiding Semi along "You should sleep for a bit"

Semi shook his head. "It's fine, I have some upcoming exams to study for."

Shirabu gave Semi a concerned look. The exhaustion was shown in the way he was walking, almost in a zigzag motion, and his eyes were struggling to stay open.

"Eita, come with me," Shirabu urged, leading Semi into the band room.

"What's this about?" Semi asked.

Shirabu pushed him down onto a bench and sat beside him. "Take a short nap. You're going to collapse in class if you keep this up."

Semi sighed and rested his head on Shirabu's shoulder. "I appreciate it, but I have a lot to study."

Shirabu remained persistent. "Just a few minutes. I'll wake you up soon."

Semi's resistance weakened, and he mumbled his agreement. "Fine, remember to wake me up."

As expected, it didn't take long for Semi to fall into a deep sleep. Shirabu watched him for a while, careful not to disturb his rest by fiddling with his phone or moving around.

After some time had passed, Shirabu gently shook Semi's shoulder to wake him up.

"Semi, it's time to wake up," Shirabu whispered, his hand brushing against Semi's cheek.

With a few yawns, Semi lifted his head. He looked around, his gaze landing on Shirabu. A soft smile formed on Semi's lips. "Thanks, Kenjirou..."

"You should've just taken the day off," Shirabu suggested.

Semi chuckled. "Yeah, but I wanted to see you. Missed you too much."

Shirabu rolled his eyes. "Stop being so selfless. It's annoying."

Semi held onto Shirabu's hand. "Aren't you supposed to be selfless?"

"I mean, you're excessively selfless," Shirabu corrected himself.

Semi's responded, wrapping his arm around Shirabu "Fine, I'll be selfish then. I'll just keep you all to myself."

Shirabu sighed, pretending to be exasperated. "Aren't you supposed to be studying?"

Semi's grin didn't falter. "I forgot... but honestly, I'm not bothered anymore." He let his arm fall back to his side.

Shirabu leaned in, planting a kiss on Semi's neck. "That's my motivation kiss."

Semi looked a bit surprised. "I'm not sure that's enough."

Shirabu smiled and grabbed Semi's cheeks, pulling him into a kiss on the lips.

Semi smiled against Kenjirou's lip, before returning it

"Is that good enough for you?" Shirabu raised an eyebrow.

Semi's reply was playful. "Maybe there's one more thing..." His hand trailing up the latter's thigh

Shirabu stood up suddenly. "Hell No!"

Semi chuckled. "I'm just kidding."

"Doesn't sound like it," Shirabu retorted, stepping back slightly to put some distance between them.

Semi's grin remained. "I promise I'm not actually like that."

Shirabu shook his head, a smirk on his lips. "Sure, sure."

He extended a hand towards Semi. "Come on, let's get going."

"Alright, my lovely kohai," Semi said, accepting Shirabu's hand and getting up from the bench.
