"Hey!" Rydel smiled
"Hey Delly how's it going" I said
"Rydel!" Jess yelled "can this day get any better"
"Why what happen did that Shane guy propose" Rydel joked
"Oh no but guess what!" I jumped
"What?" Rydel waited for the answer
"We got accepted!!!" We yelled as hard as we possibly could
"Congratulations!!" She cheered
"Two more months and I get to see you guys graduate!" She said
"Yup it's been so long" she kept FaceTiming her for another 15 minutes and then hung up.

"Two more months and you get to see Ross again" Jess said silently
"Doubt he'll go to our graduation but I don't care Jess I've moved on im serious" I said with a straight face
"Okay but I'm just saying so let's get back to celebrating what do you say should we go out to celebrate tonight it's Saturday and I've got a boyfriend to see and my boyfriends got a best friend who's totally into you who happens to be your friend and partner in science" Jess rose her eyebrows and smirked
"Look I'll go with you but this ISNT a double date okay" I looked at her
"Double date it is!" She laughed
"I won't go if you say anything about a double date" I said
"Fine fine but why?" Jess asked me
"Because I.. I still don't want be dating or anything" I looked down
"Okay then Maia you are going as my friend now go back home get ready and come back or we can just pick you up" Jess picked me up
"It's okay" I said going outside
"Where are we going?" I asked
"Uhm hmm the movies" she thought
"Okay" I drove back home.

Later that day I drove to the movies and saw Jess Shane and Cameron waiting by the fountain.

"Hey" I said holding my purse
"Hey Maia" Jess and Shane waved
"Hi" Cameron smiled "here's your ticket"

We walked inside and got sat down in the back row. It was Shane Jess me and Cameron sitting in that order. We watched some dumb scary movie and watched Shane and Jess make out most of the time. I didn't want to get really close to Cameron but after all he is my friend so we ditched them and went outside.

"Bet they are still slobbering each other's faces" Cam joked
"Right" I laughed
"So I heard you got into a school in Australia is that right?" He asked
"Yeah actually me and Jess got in so we are thrilled" We kept walking
"That's great.. Wait let me text this person back" he rolled his eye at his phone
"Is everything alright" I looked at him
"Well see my ex texted me today for something but I told her I didn't want to talk to her she cheated on me" he looked bummed
"Really my ex cheated on me too. We should go for a ride and forget about them like fine cheat on me but you aren't getting me anymore" I said
"That sounds like a great idea! I mean I guess our exs are a bunch of crap. Let's go have some fun and completely get over them you know" he climbed up my Vw bus and we started to cruise and blasted to The Beach Boys and then we went to Cage the Elephant until we got home.

"Are you ready for 'Twist and Shout' Maia" Cameron turned up the volume all the way
"Well shake it up baby now" I sang loudly
"Shake it up baby" Cam did the background

When I got to Cameron's house the song just about ended.

"That was fun but I feel bad because we wasted your gas" his face was red
"Don't worry about it we had tons of fun singing and shouting the lyrics at people driving by" I giggled
"I'll be sure to make it up next time" he got out of the car and waved
"Thanks! Drive safely" he walked back
"I'll see you Monday at school" I smiled

He'll make it up next time. So that means he will ask me to hang out with him some other time? Possibly. Wow! I kind of want to but I don't want him to think its a date or anything. I don't want to involve myself into another relationship so soon. Who cares I had a blast today now I've got to rest because I've been jumping and screaming all day. I went on Instagram before going to sleep and saw Cameron posted a video of both of us singing in my VW bus to 'Twist and Shout' and he captioned it "Å Būndłe øf Hîpńëšš ✌️🎶💥 @maiamitch"

It's funny how I didn't even realized he was recording the entire time I just thought he was holding his phone. I quickly liked it and as I was going to turn off my phone I got a text message from Jess.

'So I see you were driving with Cameron 😏 what did you guys kiss or what?' -Jess
'Wht no we were just hanging out we were tired of hearing you guys make out chill'
'Sure whatever so what did you think of him'
'He's cool and we have the same taste in music that's all ✋'
'So you're a bundle of hipness 😂 nice 👌 so what you're going to be a bundle of everything now'
'Yeah you're jealous cuz I'm to hip for you💁💥😂'
'Plz 😂 so out of 1-10 how amazing was today?'
'Id say an 12.5 but being called a bundle of hipness a 13 would fit ✌️'
'I would say so too now I'm going to sleep I'll see you on Monday to tell Sabrina night Maimai💞'

About five minutes later I got a instagram notification while I listened to music.
It was a dm from Cameron. He sent me a picture of a color run event happening next week at GreenPark.
'So what do you say? Want to go to this run and get colorful 😄'
'I'll tell you on Monday 🌈'

I looked up at the ceiling and started smiling like crazy.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door and I nearly fell.
I opened it and it was Maddie. We definitely got closer from the time I moved back. Not as close as I am with Jess or Rydel but it was something.

"Maia I've got a question for you it's about guys and I know you would know" she came into my room
"Are you sure" I laughed
"Yes okay there's this guy at school that I really like and he's so nice but how do I talk to him?" She asked and I began to think
"What's his name?" I asked
"Josh" she stalked him on IG
"Wait show me is it Shane's brother?" I looked at the picture she showed me and I was right it was Shane's brother
"I can hook you up don't worry" I smirked
"Really?! Maia you are really hip aren't you" she laughed
"How do you know" I said checking my phone
"Everyone follows Cameron. So do you like him?" She tapped me with her foot
"No Maddie we're just friends and here's the backstory we were at the movies WITH Jess and her boyfriend and we got sick of them making out so we decided to just drive around and we started singing and blasting the music so yeah" I said strolling down instagram
"Aw cute well he likes you just saying. Good night and make sure to tell shane" Maddie closed the door.

We are just friends! People need to chill sometimes.
